Externally the property looked ok but dead pigeon in garden, sunbeds very dirty, no soft cushions for plastic chairs or sunloungers and totally inadequate parasol for sunshade bearing in mind this villa can accommodate six people. Swimming pool had lots of mould growing on tiles and Green line at perimeter of pool at waterline. The bbq was very dirty and lack of equipment to the point we could not use it. Internally Green mould in family shower and back of the door had stains on it. The en-suite had a blocked sink, continual running of water in the wc and again mould around the shower with a toilet brush that was disgustingly and a broken bin. In the living room the sofas had throws on them to disguise the very stained covers beneath. The kitchen was poorly equipped with only the very basic utensils along with a blunt set of knifes.the washing machine was blocked and when we came to use it and flooded the kitchen. Following the washing repair manâs visit the machine was cleared of the blockage in the soap compartment and as we use pods in the drum of the machine it was not blocked by us. Lots of broken glass and some discarded clothing was found under the washing machine by the repair man. Normally with Vbro basic cleaning products and kitchen eg salt pepper,oil will be provided and there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge. The mattresses very highly soiled and disgusting.
