The house heating is 20 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
The tax amount is set at 1.50 Euros per night per person. The tax is
payable for up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 14
years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the
local agent. Three of the first-floor bedrooms are equipped with air
conditioning units. An additional charge of €20 per day applies for the
usage , payable directly to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25

inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Nice villa in the Tuscan countryside

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Villa Le Balze in Vinci in September. The villa is situated in the beautiful Tuscan countryside close to Vinci. As typical for the area the villa has an old-time charm. It definitely has seen better days, but this is just part of the flair. It is very clean and well maintained. However, it has to be mentioned that the villa actually consists of three individual apartments that are joined together. This means there are three smaller kitchens and three smaller living rooms instead of one big one each. There is plenty of space though and a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy. One caveat is the bad WIFI at the villa (but that is not why one would travel to Tuscany). There are a handful of really good restaurants in nearby Vinci and shopping opportunities in Empoli. Also Florence and Pisa are not far. One has to mention though that the booking and payments are made all through another travel company. This worked out very well, but is not mentioned in the description.

Un havre de paix dans une mer d'oliviers

Il faut savoir qu'après avoir payer la 1ere tranche de la location via Abrtiel, c'est la société AgniTravel qui prends la suite. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à toutes les questions. Dès que vous avez rempli toutes les conditions, vous avez accès aux informations et modalités concernant l'arrivée (également transmis par email). La maison est telle de décrite, ceci dit nous avons été étonné de voir qu'en fait il s'agissait de 3 lots jumelés mais aucun soucis pour voyager de l'un à l'autre ! Les aménagements des chambres sont bien. Les lieux de vies sont agréables même si on a passé la majorité du temps dehors! Piscine proche de l'habitation (sur l'arrière), non chauffée mais pas nécessaire en ce mois d'août. Sinon une très belle vue sur les plaines, endroit très tranquille, un bon havre de paix!

After a whole year of hard work, this holiday is a reward for ourselves. Although we had to cater...

After a whole year of hard work, this holiday is a reward for ourselves. Although we had to cater our own food, that was not even a problem. Food from the restaurants, spending time on the beach, what a luxury. The agent of the villa was there when we needed help with some small issues, nothing was too much for him to help us out. We therefore thank him. Our friends back home received small gifts that we obtained from the souvenir shops. We have regained so much energy that will last us for at least one year. Thank you, Tuscany and hope to see you again.

This villa gives a perfect feeling as being at home. The pool area is in the shade while the villa itself is covered in the full sunshine. Apart from that, we could tell you everything that has to do with food and wine. During the evenings we had our own BBQ feast and family time where we enjoyed the pool, meals, and television. This holiday has brought us closer together as a family. Thanking AgniTravel complete staff for helping us plan a successful holiday.
