This apartment was beautiful-very clean and spacious. We were a group of 6 and we loved the space. The location was amazing-right in the heart of Florence. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and plenty of restaurants, museums and everything else that makes Florence amazing. Bonus: there’s an elevator! Check in and check out was simple also.

The grand apartment was in the center of Firenze- just steps from Palazzo Vecchio, and the river/Ponte Vecchio, as well as all the stores and restaurants you’ll need during your visit. You won’t need but your feet to take you around, and then come back to the peaceful, large, AC’d flat for your rest time. It was unbearably hot outside, so the apartment and its amenities really helped us survive the heat and all the crowds of tourists. They did weekend performances at night in the piazza Vecchio (even a full orchestra concert - Magical!), and we were able to enjoy the show walking back home. Definitely a great choice to stay - and my family with 3 kids (teens a 10yr old) enjoyed their personal space in the apartment. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Florence. Location, location, location. This home was perfect. Exactly as advertised and in the middle of all the action (but quiet enough that you feel at peace in the evenings). The home was clean, beds were comfortable and I'd come back in a heartbeat!

This is our second time staying at this apartment. We loved it so much the first time that we basically planned our trip to Florence around the availability of this apartment. Again, it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was very spacious for our large family and the location is the best in all of Florence. A short walk to virtually every main attraction. The next time we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again.

This place had a fantastic location! We could look out the window and see the Palazzo Vecchio! It was such a short walk to all the major sites. We were worried it would be too loud but with the windows closed you couldn’t hear anything! It had everything we needed - check in and out were super easy too. We had six friends and we all fit really comfortably.

We were 8 women friends visiting Florence for a week. This apartment was perfect for our needs. It had enough beds, a comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen (although we always ate out), and you could not ask for a better location in the heart of the historic city center. There was a lot of activity on the streets at night but the windows were pretty soundproof once you closed them up. Small elevator holds about 2 people at a time (or one person and luggage) but it worked great for those of us who didn't want to hike up the stairs. The apartment was nicely decorated and charming. The showers were quite small but I understand that is typical in older buildings like this. Water pressure and temps were good. Also nice to have a washing machine and drying rack for clothes. Well stocked with extra towels and bedding.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and centrally located flat. It was clean and well maintained. The check-in was simple and accommodating to our arrival time in Florence. I highly recommend this property. We were a group of nine and the space worked perfectly.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 6, with two teens and grandparents. The location is even closer than the photos suggest! The space is clean and check in was easy. If you are considering it, book it you won’t regret the central location and ample space. Also the beds are comfy!

Heart of Florence

This was the perfect property for our family of 5. We loved that it gave us the proximity to the historic city center but also managed to be a quiet refuge. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

I bought this house in 2007 to go and live there when I'll stop working in a few years in the meantime I rent it. I am very happy to do it because I have the opportunity to contact people from all over the world. And I like to think that they also prove the same emotion that I felt when I looked out from the windows seeing "Della SignnorIa square"

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Here you live Florence in his heart. You are 50 meters from the 'Uffizi gallery' museum, 100 from the cathedral and a few minutes walk from the major monuments and museums. The area is one of the oldest and most famous jewelry shops. There are still goldsmiths, one right next door to the apartment
