Nice Spacious Villa with Tropical Garden in Torrox/Nerja

Rent the wonderful house "Villa Vista" located just 15 minutes from Nerja town and only 3 minutes from the small and cozy village of Torrox, as well as 12 minutes to the beach. Villa Vista is wonderfully situated in the Spanish mountain settings surrounded by nice farms, with very easy access and good asphalt road to the house, with only 2,5 km to Torrox village. The house has a large plot of 7200 sqm with many fruit trees such as mango, oranges, lemons, olives as well as palm trees. This whole garden has a wonderful view of the mountains of Almerija de Tejeda, which also offers nice hiking trails and a good opportunity for cycling.
Villa Vista is a very spacious and bright house, of about 180 sqm with 4 bedrooms space up to 10 people, there are 2 large bathrooms with shower in both bathrooms. The house also has a large spacious kitchen of 25 sqm with direct exit to the terrace. The house has real Wi-Fi internet as well as Cable TV and Air-Conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.

The house has two terraces, the south west terrace and the south east terrace. The south west terrace is a large lovely 80 sqm terrace with diningtable, big terrace sofa and a BBQ. The terrace have a wonderful evening sun as well as a stunning mountain views. The house also has a south-east terrace for breakfast in the morning sun, also it is furnished and has nice views.

The house has its own private pool of 4,3 x 7 meters with sun beds in the sunbathing area and stunning mountain views. At the pool there is also an extra toilet, as well as a separate shower.

Since we are renting out our home during the summer, we would like to inform you that we have 7 cats that stay with us, and when you rent our house we ask you to give our cats food two times a day and be nice to them, The cats spend most of their time outside so very easy maintenance. They are super nice and friendly.

You can easily drive down to the beach in 12 minutes, the road from the house is good and is paved the whole way. You drive to Nerja town in 15 minutes. The nearest restaurants and shops, you will find in the cozy and quaint village of Torrox only 3 minutes from the house. Alternatively, go to Torrox in 20 minutes from the house. If you want to visit the Frigiliana mountain village, you drive in 20 minutes and you are there.

Great location

Good location in the hills (car recommended). Torrox town has everything you need, including restaurants, bars and shops. Large villa which can easily accommodate a big family/group. Pool was great.

Beautiful location

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful in guiding us to the property as the taxi driver was having difficulty finding the address. The pool, barbecue and property were just what we were looking for to enjoy a week away. I would recommend staying here but you’d definitely need a car to get to and from the property as it’s a 30 minute walk to the little village.

Beautiful location

Beautiful valley views, a short drive to the coast and with a great facilities (pool, veranda, etc). We had a great family holiday. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the visit, e.g. the pool needed a clean early on in our visit, but Frederik and Ulrika were very quick to fix. I definitely recommend this property!

A lovely villa that could do with a few updates on beds and settees, would have been good to know about the amount of steps involved getting into the villa as we are all over the age of 60 !! , also the fact that you have to go through one bedroom to get to another, a few issues but they were dealt with as quickly as could be, but a good break overall

Great Sunsets

The property was very spacious with a fabulous terrace with fantastic views and a lovely pool. The large kitchen is well equipped with an excellent range of crockery, cutlery and appliances as well as a large fridge freezer. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded rapidly to any emails I sent. The listing doesn't make it clear that this is a three bedroom property with 3 double bedrooms. The other room with 2 singles and the bunk beds is simply a space at the base of the stairs that you have to pass through to get to the 3rd bedroom so it has no privacy. Not suitable for 4 couples but fine for say 2 couples and children. Didn't bother us as we were only 3 couples but this should be clearer. I would say you definitely need a car to stay here but that wasn't a problem for us and it is easy to find. Overall we had a lovely stay here.

Wonderful!

Wonderful house with a lot of space, very thoughtful equipped. Very clean and well looked after. Everything you need is there and above that much more.... And this in the heart of Andalusia with a wonderful romantic view over the mountains. Nerja, Malaga, Granada, the little white villages in the mountains... everything very well reachable (only the last 100 meters to the house are a challange with a big van, with a normal car no problem!). Superb! The landlord is very thoughtful and helpful from the very beginning. On site there is regular care for the swimming pool, which is wonderful with fresh, clear and clean water! Whenever you might need some advice there is easy contact via mail with the landlord. Also in Nerja there is a named adress, which we did not need. All in all: A wonderful stay! Thank you very much! Great week away

Booking was easy and great communication with owners. They provided all the info required although the Wi-Fi log in details sent and those provided in the Villa are different - the ones in the Villa work. Everything within the house is as described and it’s all very comfortable and well maintained. Incredibly well stocked kitchen so lots of plates and cooking utensils. Worth checking the cupboards to see what others have left before going shopping - we found tea,Rum and a wide variety of spices which was great! Good that they don’t clear out non perishable food. Outside space is as shown, pool is great and we spent a lot of time in there. We had adults, teens and children all swimming around (8 in total) and it was still enjoyable. The gardens it sits within are quite small (considering the description mentions a sizeable space) but beautiful and we harvested a lemon from the tree, others will be able to pick a mango or lime but they weren’t ready when we stayed. A wonderful, relaxing week away. Thank you

Très belle villa avec un espace extérieur agréable et très spacieux. 2 salles de bain et non pas 3 car la douche non fermée, côté piscine, ne doit pas être comptabilisée comme salle de bain. La ville de Torrox est un peu éloignée des visites principales comme Rounda ou Grenade (4 heures de route aller et retour)

Superbe Villa

Nous avons passé 2 extraordinaires semaines dans la villa . Elle est idéalement située proche de nombreuses villages et villes d’intérêt. Située dans les hauteurs de Torrox a 10 min de la plage , on était au calme , la maison est extrêmement bien équipée les espaces sont très grands. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse, la grande cuisine , la piscine, les nombreux sanitaires . La climatisation est très appréciable la nuit, la wifi était juste un peu limite surtout dans les chambres du bas . La procédure d’arrivée avec box de clé nous a permis d’arriver à l’heure que l’on voulait . Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Nous gardons petits et grands un très agréable souvenir de ces vacances . Nous conseillons vivement cette location!

nice spanish villa (older/dated but spacious ) and with privacy and not closeby neighbours

good size bedrooms(esp for only max 8 pers) and good kitchen and swimming ppok. The terrace is fantastic overlooking the valley! Almost Whole day sun and thus warm swimming pool as it mostly in the sun during daytime.

Un magnifique séjour

Superbe villa située près du beau village de Torrox avec une superbe vue sur la montagne. L’annonce est parfaitement conforme à la description et la communication est très aisée avec les propriétaires que je remercie au passage pour leur gentillesse. Une grande terrasse avec un barbecue et une piscine attenante comme sur les photos...juste parfait avec des enfants. Bref je ne peux que recommander, nous avons passer une semaine géniale.

mémorable séjour à Torrox

Très belle Villa avec situation géographique exceptionnelle, équipement correct mais pas toujours adapté pour 10 personnes ( petit frigo, manque une salle d'eau), plaque de cuisson vétuste et mobilier de terrasse à changer également (limite dangereux, les chaises se casses toutes seules). la piscine est suffisante pour se détendre, dommage que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. la villa est très spacieuse, de grandes pièces de vie ainsi que des grandes chambres permettent d'être à l'aise. 2 voir 3 places de parking intérieur protégées du soleil sont également agréables. la vue que l'on a de la terrasse sur la nature est exceptionnelle. Le séjour restera mémorable. merci aux propriétaires

Water service problem but it is a great place

Niza Villa is a wonderful place. The house is well equipped. The location is great and you have beautiful views from the terrace. The pool is fantastic too. The only problem was related to the water service. When we arrived there was only cold water. Having a cold shower during the summer in the south of Spain is ok for most of us. But my mother and the kids struggled with it. We asked them to fix it which they did but instead, it began to run very hot water only. No matter the faucet handle position, you could only get very hot water. They tried to fix this too but then again we had only cold water. It is a strange problem that in the end they could not solve. However, I have to say that Fredrick was permantenly available and they tried to fix it several times. Besides we found that the WIFI service run very slow. I hope that they have been able to fix the water problem. Either way , we loved the house and we certainly enjoyed our holidays there.

Ferie i Villa Vista

Vi ankom til Villa Vista den 6. sept. om eftermiddagen, og var selvfølgelig spændte på, om huset levede op til vore forventninger. Og det gjorde det helt bestemt. Rengøringen var perfekt, alt virkede, der var masser af sovepladser - også til de to små børn - og swimmingpoolen var indbydende og klar til badning. Vi havde en fantastisk uge og hele familien nød opholdet. Desværre konstaterede pool-manden om torsdagen at et rør var knækket i varmtvandsbeholderen, og han var derfor var nødt til at lukke for det varme vand, og røret kunne først repareres mandag. Så fra torsdag til søndag var vi uden varmt vand i hanerne, men på grund af vejret betød det ikke så meget for os. Blot var det lidt irriterende, at vi måtte koge vand til den opvask, der ikke kunne klares i opvaskemaskinen. Ellers var alt helt perfekt, og huset er virkelig velholdt og velfungerende, og Torrox-området er jo fantastisk og med korte afstande til Frigiliana og strandene i Nerja og Torrox Costa. Vi håber, at vi på et tidspunkt kan vende tilbage til Villa Vista, og vil gerne anbefale det til alle, der ønsker en behagelig ferie i fantastiske Torrox/Andalusien,

We bought this house because of the fantastic location it have got in the green Torrox valley, The house offers a fantastic view over the valley on to the sea. It has got terraces around the house with sun whole day and the biggest terrace is hugh. There is a good sized pool with toilet and shower near the pool, very convienient for families.
The house have got a very nice tropical garden around the house and a lower garden with hundreds of fruit trees like olives, mangos, avokados, lemon, oranges etc...
