Spacious studio for 2 guests in the luxurious Palais Napoleon on the sea front of Golfe Juan. Golfe Juan is a pretty little market town with a lovely port and sandy beaches.Situated 2km from Juan Les Pins and 5 km from Cannes centre.
This studio apartment is situated on the 4th floor. It has a lovely terrace facing the port and beaches where you can enjoy the view, your meals and soak up the sun. It is equipped with table and chairs and two loungers. Should you prefer the shade, the canvas blind will shield the sun.
The residence Palais Napoleon is probably one of the most sought after properties in Golfe Juan. A guardian is present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The building has a roof top communal pool (5m x 10m)and summer kitchen enjoing splendid views, hammam, sauna and fitness room. The swimming pool facilities are available in high season.
The apartment is air conditionned and double glazed. In the living area you will find a very comfortable standard double sofa bed, TV and cupboard space. The sumptuous marble bathroom is equipped with bath, WC and bidet. Small but practical kitchen equipped for preparing simple meals. You will find a small oven,micro wave, two ring hot plate, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

The building has it's own utility room for washing. Ask the guardien for a token.
Just opposite, on Port Camille Rayon, you will find a range of restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets.
Linens are not provided but can be hired with prior arrangement.
There is enough room for a travel cot. Please note that the building regulations forbid us to accept animals.
