First time in New Orleans

We enjoyed our stay in the New Orleans condo! It was the perfect size for our annual Mother & Daughter trip! It was within walking distance of Bourbon Street and lots of good restaurants! The parking was a bonus and once we parked we didn’t drive again! We did get to enjoy the rooftop pool which was very nice. We could hear the jazz music from the streets below. The condo was clean and comfortable. We could hear the music at night but after the long days we both still feel asleep! Michelle was awesome and super responsive!! The condo is decorated to put you in the mood for a fun time in New Orleans!

A great stay in the quarter

It was a wonderful visit and great accommodations in a convenient location in the heart of the French Quarter of New Orleans. The apartment is located in a uniquely renovated building with parking included and a full array restaurants at your disposal. Being close to Bourbon Street meant that one had to put up with a little bit of noise. However, that should be expected when you come to New Orleans. This experience leads me to strongly recommend this apartment.

Great location - adorable place!

Such a great location! We felt so safe, loved the apartment. Was clean and decorated so nicely. The music was loud, didn’t go too late on weeknights but I was able to sleep through it even on weekend. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic place to stay in the Quarter

We had a great stay. The location is about the best you're going to find if you want to be close to the action but not in the action. I wanted to be close to the Famous Door to see the Half Past Whiskey band play and it was only a one or two minute walk away. Both the Clover Grill (8 minute walk) and Cafe Beignet (30 second walk) are close for a great breakfast. The noise was a bit louder than we expected since the jazz club seems to be a dance club now but it was tolerable with the included disposable ear plugs. The building and the apartment are both really cool with lots of character! Michelle the co-host was the most communicative person I have ever experienced on vrbo or arbnb. She makes everything EASY. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Great location to restaurants and clubs on Bourbon Street. Owner Michelle was excellent and available by phone or text at all times to answer our questions. Excellent property for those who want to enjoy the nightlife and clubs on Bourbon Street and like to stay up until the wee hours of the morning. I would not recommend for those who want to go to sleep earlier than 2 a.m. The bedroom, which the host disclosed, shares a wall with the nightclub below, so you will hear music and muffled noise until the club closes.

Phenomenal host who was available at any time! Michelle was super friendly and accommodating. We loved the vibe of the apartment and especially the location. Fabulous weekend and we will definitely be returning!

Great location

We had a great time in New Orleans in this apartment. The parking garage was a nice to have but the location is walking distance from everywhere so if you dont have a car no big deal. The night club was a little annoying for an early riser but that was communicated up front so we knew what to expect. If i come back to New Orleans i will definitely stay here.

Location is everything!

We loved the apt. So cute! The location is great. The hostess makes sure you have all the information you need. Thursday night wasn’t bad with the bar music but Friday and Saturday were LOUD. We live where there is no noise so we hear everything. But, we knew going in it was next to a bar.

Great experience

I love the location and the property. Michelle was awesome, we were able to communicate thru out the whole stay. Was able to address any issues. It was noisy but we were in the heart of New Orleans so it was expected. Overall if you are someone that does not mind loud music then this is the place for you. Thank you Pam and Michelle !

Let me vely property

Fantastic location, just steps away from all the action. Clean, and well-appointed. The music, specifically the bass, from the neighboring club was loud, and played until 3 am om Sat. We were warned about that, and it wasn't a problem until Sat night— I think they cranked it up, it continued until the wee morning hours and its ‘headbanger’ music, not jazz. Just be aware of that, otherwise it is a lovely property. Communication was excellent.

Amazing Location and Host

Incredible vacation rental, and I can't recommend it enough! Very clean and looks just like the pictures. The host was very responsive, answering all my questions quickly and providing helpful local tips. The communication was seamless, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect – centrally located, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it! I'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing Apartment

This apartment is everything you would want when staying in Nola. Beautifully themed and decorated. Centrally located in the quarter, and walking distance to everything downtown. Host was fabulous. Easy to communicate with, prompt answers, and the check in process was so easy since she maps out everything you need to know. Will definitely stay again.

Once in a lifetime trip!

Night one of the Eras Tour was mind blowing but the convenience of the location of this apartment was everything! We parked our car and didn’t give it another thought till it was time to head home! The apartment was quite clean and just perfect! Thanks for sharing New Orleans with us!

HEY! I am the co-host, my sister (Pam) is the owner. I live in the beautiful state of Wisconsin and take care of all things booking related. When Pam is not staying at the apartment, she calls Gulf Shores, AL her home. She knows ALL things NOLA!! We grew up on the West Bank (Gretna) and spent many years of our youth in New Orleans, including marching in Mardi Gras parades! While we are not on site during your stay, we ARE in touch and available 24/7 should something arise, say, at 4 AM.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Pam chose this property first because of the building's history, having grown up shopping in downtown New Orleans. Secondly because of it's location. The street car line is a short walk away and it takes you to EVERYTHING you could think of to do in NOLA! The apartment is smack dab in the middle of some of the best places to eat, and is in a safe and secure location, as well. Enclosed parking was important to us and those that visit. And as parking is EXTREMELY difficult anywhere, she chose a parking garage very close to the building that was the safest (well lit, 24/7 access, self-park, etc.). So if you're looking to be in NOLA and want access to all sites and sounds, this is a great choice! And if you have a car?? Even better :)
