Welcome to this beautiful estate with 2 buildings, located in the rural environment of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and can accommodate 8 people.
The outdoor areas of this property are dreamlike. It has a 50 m2 salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool has an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you can relax and disconnect from the daily routine and stress. In the surroundings there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can rest and sunbathe. In the outdoor area you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has 2 buildings, the main one and the one by the pool. In the main one you can enjoy a fantastic furnished porch of 10 x 5 m where you can share unforgettable outdoor evenings with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large 60 m2 terrace where the little ones of the house can play safely, although always under the supervision of an adult. The fixed barbecue of the property is in the building located in the pool area.
The most important thing in this area is the good communication with the different places on the island. Just 30 km away you will find the best white sand beaches in the north, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also 35 km away are some of the best rocky coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking, you will find the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
You can also travel with the family, just 25 km away are the water parks of Alcudia, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day.
