Nestled within Mediterranean greenery in PĂłrtol, Villa Sa Tanca impresses guests with its fantastic private outdoor area. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, the villa with a rustic vibe consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and 1 with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and a toilet with a silver shower outside in the swimming pool area. This property can accommodate 6 people. Additionally, 2 extra beds can be added in the bedrooms so that up to 8 people can be accommodated in the villa. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in just the bedrooms), a television, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair. The highlight of this property is definitely the private outdoor area with a beautiful garden with a pond, 2 terraces (open and covered), a saltwater pool and a barbecue. Enjoy a glass of wine outside while you admire the view of the sea and mountains in the distance. A cafe, a restaurant and a supermarket can be reached within 13 minutes walking and further, restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached in 8-10 minutes by car. The area is also perfect for cycling. The house has a suitable storage space for bicycles, which you are welcome to use. Can Pastilla beach, where you can relax on the soft sand, is a 20-minute drive from the villa (25.7 km) while the centre of Palma de Mallorca is an approximately 18-minute drive away. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport is 22 minutes away by car (26.7 km).
