This beautiful cottage, built in the 1820's is steeped in history and charm and boasts wonderful views of the sea, Forrabury Church and Lundy Island to enjoy.  It is located at the top of the picturesque Cornish harbour of Boscastle, 100 metres to the Napoloen Inn and half a mile to the harbour where you will find many quaint shops to peruse and lovely cafe's and pubs to enjoy.  Set over 3 floors and filled with charm, you are sure to enjoy your stay here.

Beds : 2 x king 1x bunk beds
Rooms : Ground floor living room, w.c. Lower ground floor dining room, kitchen/diner. First floor 2 x kind size rooms and one bunk room and family bathroom. 
Kitchen and utilities : Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
Entertainment : Smart TV, soundbar.
For families :  Travel cot and highchair provided, but no cot linen.
Outside : Enclosed courtyard with table and chairs.
Parking : Parking for one small to medium sized car in front of teh house, por more parking found on the road for larger cars.
General :  Free WiFi provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Electric heating.
Pets : 1 pet allowed: £25 per week.
Accessibility : Property set over three floors.

Important notes : No smoking. The open staircase is very steep with no railing so please take extra care.
