It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and two doubles, together sleeping up to six people and served by a family bathroom with a shower over bath. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is large lawn area and a patio area. Cooper's Rest is an outstanding retreat for a holiday in Wales.

There are a plethora of walks in the surrounding mountains and in the Gwydyr Forest. Betws-y-Coed, Blaenau Ffestiniog and Llanrwst are all within striking distance too.
