Perfekt läge för att utforska och besöka de många attraktionerna i Snowdonia och North Wales.
Fastigheten har utsikt över floden Conwy och har en fantastisk utsikt över den bergiga walisiska landsbygden.
Med parkering utanför gatan för 2 bilar är huset perfekt för familjer och är också husdjursvänligt.

Hemmet är välutrustat för din semester inklusive centralvärme, Wi-Fi, sängkläder och handdukar, köksredskap och utrustning.

Nedervåningen består av ett stort modernt kök med golvvärme och liten frukostbar, ett rymligt hemtrevligt vardagsrum med stor plasma-TV inklusive Sky Sports & Sky Cinema och PlayStation 3, vilket leder till en restaurang där du kan få tillgång till det fantastiska landskapet trädgård med terrass- och sittplatser över floden Conwy. I bottenvåningen finns också en separat toalett och tvättmaskin med kombitvättmaskin och torktumlare.

På övervåningen finns ett stort badrum med badkar, toalett och separat dusch. Badrummet drar också nytta av en TV!

We returned this year after a brilliant stay here last year. The house is lovely and the views are beautiful. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toilet in the upstairs bathroom was not clean. We bleached and cleaned it ourselves but I think for the amount of money we paid for the property we should have a pristine toilet! I reported this to the owners with photographic evidence and they said they would contact the cleaners so hopefully future guests won't have this issue. In fairness the rest of the house was spotless.

Superb place to stay in North Wales

Ideally located, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with beautiful views, this holiday home has all that is required and more. This was our second visit.

Amazing

Stunning property, very homely. My grandchildren spent hours with the binoculars looking at the different wildlife from the decking. Everything you need is provided for comfort and entertainment. Conwy town was lovely and visited the beach. I recommend the little food shop and cafe just down the road. The pub was just over the bridge but was a little disappointed with the service and food to be honest. Overall a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend.

Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage am Conwy-Fluss bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Der kleine Garten bietet eine Terrasse zum Draussensitzen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 12 min. in Conwy, wo es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Der fantastische Bodnant Garten ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Herrliche Wanderungen im Snowdoniana Nationalpark kann man nach 40 min.Autofahrt beginnen.

Absolutely stunning property

This was our first visit to the UK and Wales. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The view out back was just stunning. We enjoyed time spent in the sunroom as well as outdoors since the weather was sunny and warm. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen along with the books and games. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our visit to Bodnant gardens. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Perfect Fungrimage House

Stunning house and gardens, we were walking parts of the Pilgrims way so perfect place for us, dogs had a good few zoomies in garden. Had a meal at local hotel was fabulous. Everything we needed for our lovely short stay would highly recommend it

Weekend Away

We had a great time and the house was superb. We had everything we needed and the views were incredible.The beds were so comfortable and the local pub Tal y Cafn was really nice and lovely food.We shall definitely return

Great location and house

Pros: Great house fully equipped. Found the sofas really comfy so all 6 of us could enjoy chilling in the evening so massive TV. AMAZING view esp from main bedroom. Powerful shower / roomy bathroom. Parking for 2 cars. Location perfect for us and not far from all the Zipworlds! Cons: My 5ft 10iin 14 year (and the 12 year old) old found the single beds on the small side as they were up against the walls. Radiator in main bedroom was very noisy but we like it cool in the room so just turned it off. Even with cons we would def stay again.

Sorry bit dissapointed.

We found the seating very uncomfortable much too low to the ground too laid back.not as good as the picture portrays. Had to bring the conservatory chairs in for a bit of comfort.Bedroom radiator very very noisy . Bed was very comfortable and cosy. Would not stay here again simply because of the uncomfortable chairs.

Spectacular views

We had a really good stay at this property. The house was clean and all as described in the listing. We were very lucky and had amazing weather (the fans were very much appreciated) and I just couldn’t stop admiring the views. Only thing that could’ve made it better was a bit more garden furniture, missing the picnic bench in the pictures, down the bottom of the garden, but that’s just being picky. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and would definitely stay again.

beautiful views

gorgeous views from rear of the house, peaceful and quiet. lovely home with great kitchen with every utensil you could think of. beds very comfy. We took our 2 labradors with us who loved the garden for a morning run but the only thing is that there are very few places to take dogs for walk without driving and the conservatory leading in from the garden and main lounge has cream carpet for flooring so you have to be extra careful with the dogs paws not to mark the carpets, probably a good idea to fit laminate flooring throughout to make it stress free. Would definitely return as close to all local amenities

Beautiful House with stunning view!

Had a brilliant stay, the house is lovely with a beautiful view and a large garden which our Golden Retriever loved! House is well equipped with everything you could need and beds are really comfy and the view from the main bedroom is stunning! Added bonus of a tv to watch in the bath which was a highlight for my partner! We would definitely return. Make sure to check out the Bodnant estate for the restaurant, cafe and farm shop which are all great and just around the corner.

If it is available, then book it!!!!

From arrival to departure, an idyllic retreat and base to explore the surrounding area. So much to do and see within a reasonable drive, the local pub/inn was lovely and dog friendly, with great food and beverages. The house was so well presented and planned out to cater for families young and old with space for all with good quality equipment through out. Our little "Pixie" was also well looked after if we had forgotten or chosen not to bring the essentials for sleeping/eating. She is a bit of a diva so did not use the lovely dog bed provided..... The views from garden, ground and first floor would never be a disappointment on a sunny or rainy day. Comfortable beds and quiet enough to listen to the wildlife or whatever you chose to put on with the great technology provided. Dining inside or outside, well catered for again and such an enjoyable stay for my wife and I as we explored Snowdonia and the great villages and towns. My daughter joined us for a few days too and loved the location as her little retreat too! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay and the housekeepers and maintainers of the property for doing an outstanding job! Would definately return to this property when coming back, if we are lucky for it to be available!!!
