Renovated Beachfront Studio in Marbella Centre
Lovely studio apartment in the 9th floor of the frontline Neptuno Building, in the centre of Marbella. It has wonderful sea views and direct access to the Paseo MarĂtimo (maritime promenade) from the communal gardens and pools.
Accommodation comprises: lift access; large lounge / bedroom with folding double bed, separate sofa, flat-screen TV, built-in wardrobe, and access to the furnished south-facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea; fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need for your home comforts; separate full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating, and Wi-Fi internet connection.

đââïž The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.

đ Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
đ The property has NO PARKING included. There are 2 public parkings in the area that you are welcome to book on line, called Parking Arias Maldonado and Parking El Molino (external company). Once you book the apartment, you will receive the parking link written in the automated message.
