A lovely, modern style apartment on the seventh floor (with lift) with amazing river views looking towards the City. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable with internet, TV etc. About 790 Sq. Ft. with two bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom and separate powerful shower room, a large sitting room with luxury kitchen and small balcony. Washer/dryer in hall cupboard. On the world famous King’s Road with fab shops and restaurants.

Access to main tourist attractions is very easy. Buses no 22 & 11 are outside the flat and go to the West End. The river bus is 10 minutes walk giving a breathtaking tour up the river passing the Houses of Parliament and on to the City.

Sloane Square, Earls Court & Fulham Broadway tube stations are five minutes bus ride or 15 minutes walk.

Well equipped and optimally located appartment

Cool place in the "Worlds End" appartment towers in friendly and not-so-tourist-crowded Chelsea. Easy access to public busses, local cafes and shopping. Great morning walks along the Thames. Friendly host provided helpful travel details coming in from Stansted. Great place to venture out all over the city.

Great location

This is a great spot to get around and close to the Thames. Seems safe enough and updated washrooms and kitchen were nicest features, all with a few cooking extras, perhaps left from others. David is prompt with communications and helping with little issues that came up. Would happily return

Good location,great view, but needs thorough cleaning

The flat is well located in Chelsea, close to bus stations, restaurants, supermarket and shops. It has a great view over the river.Therefore it is very practical for visiting sights and getting around. However, it urgently needs thorough cleaning. Also, the owner of the flat contacted us to ask if an urgent repair of a leak could take place. As we didn't want anyone to enter the flat, we stayed there at the agreed time (8am -12am). Unfortunately noone came to repair anything which made us lose half a day which we could have spent visiting London...However,

Nice Chelsea Apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Chelsea. Location is convenient if attending Chelsea home games and close to the bus line to travel into the city center.

Had a great stay enjoyed the area, everything on your door step. Only disappointment was that Chelsea couldn't hang on for a win against Crystal Palace.

Great Chelsea Flat

The owner was great to communicate with. He answered all my questions quickly and sent someone over when we had a minor issue with unit, like all older home have. He took my concerns seriously and addressed them. I was very pleased to work with him and would gladly stay there again next time we come through. The property was great, too.

Great location and view.

If you enjoy walking and museums this is a great two bedroom choice. Friendly people in the building and a great Italian food shoppe nearby to complement the Coop, also nearby.

A decent stay

Overall a decent stay. Perks were the proximity to the river, the bus station and King's road. Resonable price for the spot. The property itself has some minor annoyances which I why I'd rate it a 4/5. Could improve on cleaning, door fixtures and temperature control. The general surrounding isn't the most appealing though safe.

Pleasent family stay

We stayed at the place for 4 nights and enjoyed having a spacious apartment to come back to and recharge after long days in London. Bus and undeground is easiely accecable. Food in walking distance. The apartment is well equiped snd beds are comfortable. Quick reply to any questions.

Family Christmas Break In London

Our family had a 4 night stay in Dec 2024. Our check-in was easy so we could start on our Adventures in London. The Apartment is extremely spacious with excellent quality bedding, towels and every kitchen implement you can think off. The block is very well soundproofed and we all slept really well in the most comfortable beds. Location wise it is very handy for the Kings Rd, near to the Bus stop which can take you straight into London and can also save your legs by dropping you off at Sloan Square Tube Station. We would highly recommend a stay in the Apartment and have already booked a second visit.

We loved the river views and the neighbourhood and the host was quick to respond to our issues, but the property has obvious plumbing and electrical concerns that should be addressed. The unit also needs a deep-clean and cosmetic repairs. The location, however, suited us beautifully.

Misleading photos and description

None of the pictures in the posting reflect the actual exterior. The apartment is in a mixed private and government/council owned housing block- one of several blocks. Two bags of trash greeted us outside the door and a stack of mail inside. The trash remained there. You have no ability to control the heat and the place felt grimey. We didn’t stay and found somewhere else that felt safer and cleaner. I was disappointed as the pics of this place looked amazing.

Excellent flat!!! Fantastic stay!!!

This flat just of Kings Road is a marvelous place to stay in Chelsea. It might be a bit West for some people, but since we needed to be in Chelsea for work, it was ideal. A bit of a walk to any tube station, but the location has excellent access to multiple bus lines. The flat itself is spacious, clean & has gorgeous views of bridges crossing the Thames. The bedrooms are adequately sized for two people to share. We had a great stay & wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Brilliant location!

David’s place is perfectly located in lovely Chelsea. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. We had a few plumbing issues but David was very responsive and available on short notice to address them.

Quiet place

The flat was clean and quiet unless other tenants talked outside the door. Strangely we couldn't hear any other tenants except then. The beds are NOT king but we made due. We didn't find any restaurants within walking distance so we did uber eats for every dinner. Our host was very accommodating. He let us check in early even though we didn't get in early as planned. He also agreed to let us stay later than check out time to wait on lost luggage. Washer and dryer are all one unit and very small. We had to use it quite a bit since we didn't have our luggage. Bring your own soap and shampoo and washcloths. Laundry detergent as well. More towels would be nice. We had 3 for 3 people. A few small amenities and better beds would make this a great stay.

It was nice to have many amenities in the condo. David communicated with us throughout the process of booking. As well, David texted us to walk through the process of getting washer and dryer back on line after a maintenance visit.

Chelsea gem

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and centrally located for a couple and our adult son for a week-long stay. It was quite hot during our stay, however, the large windows allowed for excellent ventilation, although it was a bit noisy during the day when the windows were open (although the windows provided excellent soundproofing when closed). It is located only a few minutes' walk from the west end of the King's Road, convenient to several bus lines and the Earls Court Tube Station, and within walking distance of lovely restaurants, cafes, and shops. Try La Mia Momma, as featured in Stanley Tucci's "Searching for Italy" and Ivy Chelsea Garden! The kitchen was perfect for morning coffee, snacks and light meals, the lounge was cozy and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable and it was great to have two bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer. I really enjoyed having a late-night cup of tea or nightcap while admiring the view from the small balcony which included distant views of the Albert Bridge and London Eye. We would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment.

As soon as we open the front door, we were hit with a very strong smell of musk/mildew. we found issues in both bathrooms.. Both of the bathrooms had damage to back of the toilets, one of them a portion of the ledge behind the toilet had fallen in and there was an exposed hole. In the next bathroom you could actually see mold on the wall behind the toilet. After my husband ended up missing one of our day trips due a migraine, we contacted the owner who sent a maintenance person to check. The problem was not fixed while we were there! the owner said he was not aware of the problem because his cleaning people did not advise him. On Thursday morning, we had no hot water to take a shower. We contacted the owner, he had us check different things and then stated because of timers he had on the water heater, that is why we had no hot water. He stated we would have hot water that evening when we got back to the unit. When we returned that evening, we still did not have hot water. When we notified him he said he would try and get somebody over. We were notified the next morning that a plumber was on his way, however we had already left to catch our flight. Our last two days, we were unable to before we returned home from our trip. I contacted the owner and stated I felt he needed to issue a partial refund. I'm just checking out the refunded 150 pds. I stated I felt he Otis 3 days and have not heard from him since. mold on the wallnoticed the problem

Tolle Städtereise

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurztrip in London. Das Appartement war schön, sauber und mit dem Ausblick auf die Themse, sowie der zentralen Lage im Stadtteil Chelsea die perfekte Wahl für uns. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, verbindlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank David.
