Vackert och rent 2-rums radhus på privat gata

Min plats ligger nära restauranger och restauranger, kollektivtrafik, Missouri Western State University, Belt Highway, Interstate 29 och mycket mer. Det är väldigt tyst och helt renoverat (ny färg, nya golv, nya apparater och mycket mer! Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av grannskapet, mysigheten, renligheten, bekvämligheterna (kylskåp, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, höghastighetsinternet etc.), den tysta gatan etc.

Jag erbjuder fantastiska bekvämligheter som ett Amazon Echo (Alexa) i varje rum, underbar inredning, hårtork, köksredskap, schampo, tvål, tvättmedel, diskmedel, kaffebryggare och mycket mer!

VAD OM Djur? Tyvärr accepterar vi inte husdjur på våra fastigheter. Vi ÄLSKAR djur, för att vara rättvis och konsekvent från gäst till gäst, måste vi anta en "ingen husdjur" -policy. Förutom möjligheten att ett husdjur suddar matta eller orsakar skada kan husdjur lämna en dander bakom det framtida gästerna kan vara allergiska mot. Eftersom vi vill att alla våra gäster ska njuta av en ren, icke-allergiframkallad miljö, är det en annan anledning att vi inte tillåter husdjur i våra fastigheter. Tack för att du förstår!

David was super helpful & provided a clean and modern place for us to stay during orientation @ Missouri Western, which was just down the street. Looking forward to returning in August.

Quiet, clean and whimsical

This property location is perfect for a peaceful stay. The owner was very helpful and the home has many cute features. Turning on the kitchen faucet and it has a light, turning on the shower and it has a light, mood lighting in the living room, and a crazy big lava lamp! The back bedroom has a cute fireplace feature on the wall which you can put on with heat or not. The bed is comfortable. Downsides, When the heater runs it is very loud, intrusive to living room enjoyment. The shower makes a screeching noise the entire time you were running the water. Loud enough to be heard in the duplex next-door. The front bedroom bed was not comfortable and the drapes are light colored So if the front porch light is left on it lights up your room. 3 glasses in the cupboard were not clean. Which led me to run every dish through the dishwasher so I wouldn’t have to wonder .

Safe, Clean & Pristine!

Everything was wonderful, exactly as advertised and the host, David, is friendly, warm and engaged host. I was traveling by myself so feeling safe and secure was essential to me, I really appreciated this space for its security system. A couple of times I accidentally pressed the sos button on my key chain while pulling the keys out of my purse and I was really grateful at the speed of which the host reached out to make sure I was ok. I felt embarrassed that it happened more than once but it was very reassuring that my host was always on the look out for my comfort and safety while staying at his property. The space itself was super comfortable, clean and had a very fun and modern feel to it. Very simple rules for a win win experience for guest and host. If I come back to St. Joseph, I will definitely look to stay there again.

Beautiful, Clean, Perfection!

My two friends and I just completed a ladies' weekend at this property. Not only is it beautifully decorated and spotless, the price is so reasonable. It is located close enough to the Belt Highway to be very convenient to shops and restaurants, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood so we enjoyed the peacefulness. I have known the owner for many years and he is very attentive and makes sure everything is satisfactory. Lots of neat touches in the place, like the Amazon Echo, motion sensitive lights in the hall near the bathroom and in the kitchen under the cabinet. The decor is beautiful. We rented the entire duplex and the other side was just as lovely. I highly recommend this place!! Next time we have our reunion in St. Joe we will definitely contact David Sandy again!

St Joseph Lodging is a extension of Sandy Investment Properties, LLC. David Sandy has owned and maintained wonderful residential rentals in St. Joseph for over three decades. It all started with his purchase of one duplex, and then over the next few years, quickly grew to multiple properties on the northeast and east sides of St. Joseph. He’s never used a third-party property manager or management company. On the contrary, he believes that no one else will take care of his properties with the attention for detail like he does himself.

In 2017, David slowly began converting some of his properties to short-term, furnished corporate rentals. The emphasis he insists on includes cleanliness, comfort, and convenience for his guests. He enjoys meeting and hosting visitors to St. Joseph, whether they’re here for business, family or vacation.

On a side note, David is also a professional magician and entertainment producer. He has traveled the world entertaining people and producing shows for resorts, conventions, cruise ships, theme parks, etc. He'll be glad to teach you an incredible magic trick during your stay!
