Acorn Cottage is an attractive semi-detached cottage resting in Kilham, Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; including a king-size and a zip/link twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking, and a private garden with patio and lawn. Acorn Cottage Cottage is the perfect base for a tranquil holiday to the Yorkshire Wolds.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. First basket of logs for the woodburner provided. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn and patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.6 miles. Note: Due to the age of the cottage, the staircase is very steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues
