Apollonos Studio next to Syntagma Square
Perfectly located for business and pleasure, our apartment is right in the epicentre of Athenian life, just by Syntagma Square, the cityâs beating heart. Set in a side street, the apartment is right next to the most central transport, shopping, dining and cultural hotspots, a few steps from picturesque Plaka and within walking distance of the Acropolis.
Our apartment can sleep up to two people. There is one elegant bedroom, a small fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
This is a home away from home. Ermou Street, the epicentre of Athensâ shopping area is just a few steps away. Kolonaki, the most upmarket Athenian spot with high end boutiques and restaurants is just a few minutesâ walk from the apartment as is the parliament and hub of Greeceâs economic and political life. Panathenaiko Stadium, Zappeion, the National Garden, Temple of Olympic Zeus and a host of museums are also within walking distance.
An ideal spot to relax and enjoy the city, this cosy apartment will ensure you want to return to Athens time and again.
Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal.
We are only one phone call or a text away for suggestions, help etc.
You will be living in the middle of everything,at Syntgma in the heart of Athens!
Metro Syntagma is just 5 min away on foot, hop in and explore Athens!
The apartment is on the second floor. There is a lift to the floor.
Please note that there is a charge of âŹ15 for a late check in between 21:00 pm-23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival.
We can provide a baby cot but there is a one off charge of âŹ30 payable via paypal before your arrival.

A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ÎÎÎ, the property management company that is running this property.
Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a âfriend to a strangerâ and is synonymous to hospitality.
For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers.
In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.
