Magnificent country house near Goodwood
This beautiful country house, offered by Laura Lye Holiday Lets, sleeps up to 10 guests. It is located between Chichester and Arundel, less than 6 miles from Goodwood Motor circuit. The house is set in magnificent grounds with wonderful dining and seating areas both inside and out that are perfect for entertaining. There is private parking for up to 4 cars.
The entrance hall leads to the kitchen, dining room, formal and informal sitting rooms, conservatory, WC and mini gym on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 5 very spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Summerhouse has a double bed which can be used on request which will take the maximum sleeping capacity to 12. The summerhouse does not have a bathroom so guests need to use the facilities inside.
There are two lovely terraces for outdoor dining, fabulous traditional garden areas to sit and enjoy an early evening glass of wine and a formal rose garden to stroll around enjoying the heady scents of the summer. To the left of the house is a large drive with private parking for up to 4 cars. This country house is a wonderful addition to the Laura Lye Holiday let portfolio of Arundel Cottages.
There is a trampoline and cricket net set in the garden area at the back of the house and the ping pong table can be used in the summer months. Guests who are allergic to bees should be aware that at the very far side of this part of the garden (right away from all guest seating areas) there are 3 bee hives as the owner is a keen bee keeper.
No dogs allowed
