Duplex Penthouse Salonica, wonderful duplex with two terraces, air conditioning and free wifi. Located in the exclusive residence of Monte Salonica, it offers a communal swimming pool and great tranquillity. It is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk from the rocky beach of Segundo Montañar and 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Arenal and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This comfortable, spacious and bright duplex apartment has 135 mÂČ and is distributed over three levels. The apartment with capacity for 6 people has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped and carefully decorated.
On the main floor is the spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, large dining table, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and double doors that open to a beautiful covered terrace. On this floor is the independent fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. Also on this floor is a room with a double bed and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor with two single beds each and another bathroom.
From the main floor, you can access the incredible rooftop with beautiful views via the stairs, which has sun loungers, outdoor dining table and barbecue, to fully enjoy the incredible Mediterranean climate.
