Eden's Estate -

Just a short stroll down to the beach, this beautiful three bedroom beach home is sure to create wonderful memories for your family for years to come. This upgraded and open living area features a large 4K Flat Screen TV with 4K Direct TV service, a new large comfortable couch that doubles as a Queen Size sofa sleeper, as well as a love seat for additional seating for your guests. The dining area features a large table that seats six guests comfortably and is overlooked by the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and has four chairs facing the eat-in countertop.

As you make your way upstairs you will find the large and open Master Suite with a comfy King Size bed and a flat screen Smart TV as well as access to the private master bathroom and balcony. This Master Suite also has a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa. The two guest bedrooms are located on this floor. One of the guest bedrooms has a Queen Sized bed while the other has a Twin over Queen bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to the shared full hallway bathroom.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin Sleeper Sofa and Tub/Shower Combo + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Bunk Room with Queen/Twin Bunk, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Awesome Beach House

We had a great stay! The house is so convenient to the beach, a quick 3-4 minute walk. The neighborhood is adorable. Everything you need is there, the kitchen is well equipped and there are 3 covered areas for sitting outside as well as the pool across the street.

Destin Fun in the Sun

The location of the property was great with a pool across the street. The beach was a three minute walk with easy access and great opportunities for fun in the sun. The property met all our needs with everything for a relaxing week. The host was quick to respond when a question arose.

Location, location, location!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach house. 2 minute walk to the beach, house was steps away from the pool, walking distance to stores and restaurants - can’t ask for much more. The house was fully stocked in the kitchen, 2+ of pretty much anything you could need. My only complaint would be how many windows are in the bedrooms and the lack of curtains to make it dark for sleeping. Blackout curtains would be an amazing addition. Would definitely stay again!

Not very clean

The location was great and the check in was easy. The problems we had were the cleanliness. Garbage from the previous guest were still there, there was mold all over the bathroom curtain, and it seemed the master bedroom bed wasn't washed because there was sand all over the sheets under the blanket. There was also an outlet by the refrigerator that was really hot to the touch. Buy your own toilet paper. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know, nor would I return, but the location was pretty convenient.

Family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back in the future! The house is a short walk from the beach through a private beach walkway and the pool is right across from the rental house. Everything was clean and orderly and it was easy to contact the owners in case of problems.

Great location, right across from the pool and a short, safe walk to the beach, never having to cross a major road and rarely a car passing. We will definitely come back, enjoyed everything very much!

Excellent family vacation

This is an excellent property with plenty of room for our entire family. Quiet Community, short (and beautiful) walk to the beach, community pool just across the street, plenty of kitchen items/utensils for preparing family meals and an outlet mall just across the highway! We would vacation at this property again. Thank you!
