Denna rymliga, nyuppgraderade, tre sovrums lÀgenhet med loft ligger i det lugna strandomrÄdet i Beachwalk Villas. Detta skuggade och lugna grannskap ligger nÄgra minuter frÄn stranden och alla aktiviteter pÄ byn Baytowne.

Nedre vÄningen har ett öppet koncept med högt i taket - matsalen sitter sex och frukostbaren sitter tre. Köket har uppdaterade apparater och diskbÀnkar med hÄrd yta med en full diskmaskin, sida vid sida kylskÄp med ismaskin och vatten i dörren! Köket Àr helt fyllt med disk, köksredskap och serveringsdelar för de stora familjen mÄltiderna.

PÄ första vÄningen finns tvÄ sovrum med eget badrum och en full tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i hallen.

PÄ övervÄningen finns master sviten med en king size-sÀng och ett master bad med tvÄ dubbla handfat, separat dusch och stor badkar. PÄ loftet finns tvÄ sovvagnssoffor som sover tvÄ personer om det behövs.

Vardagsrummet öppnar ut mot uteplatsen med utsikt över sjön - en underbar plats att ÄterhÀmta sig efter en dag att springa runt orten.

Wonderful stay - if you like to fish this is a prime spot!!!

Great location, clean updated facilities and the fishing in the backyard was excellent. We will bookmark this location and stay here again!

Nice Property

Very nice home and location on the pond. Would recommend the owners have some basic staples in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, some coffee, a few basic spices etc, as do many of the VRBO's that we have stayedin. Other than that, very nice

Great location, beautiful property

Given the vast amount of rental options in Destin, we couldn't have been more happy with our choice! This place was fresh and clean, and the kids loved all the bathrooms! The pond in the backyard was beautiful. Zipping around in the golf cart was really fun.

Great Deal in Sandestin

This was a beautiful townhouse with everything you would need for a great vacation. Spacious, nicely appointed, good location and golf cart too! The owner was wonderful to work with and we just had a very enjoyable time, highly recommend.

Fall Girl's Beach Trip

The property is in a great location in Sandestin and the villa was very spacious, with plenty of room for 8 women and all of their beach stuff. Everything was updated inside with plenty of dishes / appliances in the kitchen. The beach and and pools are very close hy.very

Great getaway.

Great property. Manager was extremely helpful for the few questions we had. Really enjoyed the privacy and the back porch view of the ponds was awesome. Very peaceful.

Been coming to Destin for years, first time we ever stayed in Sandestin and this condo. It was the best place we have ever stayed at so far. Owner was fast to reply back on any questions we had. Place was very beautiful and clean. We will for sure come back here again. Thank you.

Enjoyable vacation at this clean and spacious property!

We had a very enjoyable vacation for two weeks in Sandestin Resorts at this clean and spacious property. The unit is in a great, safe, and secure location. Having a golf cart made it easy to get to the pool, beach, golf courses, and site seeing around the resort properties. Appreciated having two master bedrooms/bathrooms on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a crock pot. The owner was very responsive to any questions we asked. Should note that the back sliding doors should be replaced as the entire windows are very cloudy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience

Everything from booking through check out was excellent. We were very familiar with the Sandestin resort and the Miramar Beach area. The Villa is well maintained and within a few minute walk to the beach and shopping center with multiple restaurant options. The property host was quick to reply to a very minor property inquiry. We will definitely consider renting the property in the future and have recommended to another family member.

Interior was nice , beds and indoor furniture was nice . Outdoor furniture needs replaced , old and rusty . Walk in entry and back landscape is rough . Pleanty of kitchen items for daily use . Back sliding doors need replaced , can't hardly see thru due to seals broke and cloudy windows . Golf cart broke down but was fixed the next day , dryer had issues but was fixed the next day . Overall our stay was good . Thanks

We found out after booking that 4 units fight for 4 car 2 cart parking spaces. Everyone one else parks down the road or in front of your space. They should never say room for two cars and a cart.

This condo was great. It was clean and large for Beachwalk. I've stayed in many units in Beachwalk and this ranks at the top. A minor detail I appreciated is the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash. My one complaint is that is definitely time for the golf cart to be replaced. It is very worn and the brake when parking does not work great.

This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Shelly's and Marek's place and we enjoyed it as always. Good space, great location, adequately equipped and responsive owners. The golf cart could be replaced at some point in the future, but it's still functional. We plan on returning next year.

Super fun destination for families! The place was clean and comfortable. It’s only a short golf cart ride to the beach access, and the pool was clean, nice and not overly crowded. This is a great place to unwind with the people you love most!

We Loved It

Beautiful condo near the beach and on a lake. Park right in front and drive the golf cart to your destination on the resort. Beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Great stay! We would stay again.

This condo is updated and overall we had a nice time. The golf cart doesn't operate well, the brake pedal gets stuck and it's small with cloth-style seats that get and stay wet. The thermostat of the condo is locked at a the owner set temperature range and we didn't appreciate that, the owner refused to unlock this when we asked. Apparently the parking at the beach access area was changed in May of 2025 and now all close-by beach access parking is pay-to-park style. This parking change is not the condo owner's fault, but it was a very frustrating part of our stay. Also noteworthy, the resort rental chairs are now placed almost all the way down to the ocean and there is now very little space for beach goers to place their own chairs; again, not the condo owner's fault, but it was a very frustrating part of our stay. We will likely return to the 30-A/Seaside/Grayton Beach area next beach trip.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very comfortable, had a ton of room, and was well stocked with towels/kitchen items/linens. The beds were very comfortable. I only had 2 negatives: parking (though I knew this going in). We had had 2 vehicles but there are so many golf carts that were in “our” spots so we often had to park a few condos down. Also, there are no beach towels in the unit, not a huge deal but we would have brought some had we known. Very minor and no reason I would give this place less than 5 stars. This was a short trip for a soccer tournament for my son but we would love to come back to this same unit for a longer, more relaxing vacation.

This beach villa is a perfect home away from home with a the perfect mix of hotel elegance, and homey comfort that all ages in the family can enjoy! The details in our property all help to create a calming, yet fun environment for both over-worked parents, and energetic young ones. There is truly something for everyone in this community!

Golfing, tennis, sun bathing, shopping...whatever you enjoy - Sandestin has it and all within close range. Location is key in this area and you don't need to go far to find something for every member of your family. You can relax and have a good time, instead of worrying about how far you need to go and what schedule you need to keep! The unique beauty of the Florida coast speaks for itself!
