Welcome to this holiday home!! The aim of these rules is to guarantee you a pleasant and carefree stay. We kindly ask you to read these rules. You will also find useful information here, like important phone number and helpful addresses. Thank you for your cooperation. ELECTRICITY Electricity is included in the rental price. Please use electrical appliances and lighting in a responsible, ecological manner, making sure, for example, that outside lights are turned off during the day. The fuse board is behindlaudry's door. In the event of a black-out or power cut make sure that all the switches are in the "up" position. The main electricity meter is on the left side of the automatic gate. AIR-CONDITIONIG Air conditioning is included in the rental rate. Please use the air conditioning in a responsible and ecological manner. You are required to turn off all air-conditionings when going out. Don't leave the air-conditioning on when windows and doors are open. WATER In the case of a power cut, the water will not able to be pumped to the house. First check that all the switches on the fuse board are up. If there is still no water please advise your Local Manager. The water from the taps is not drinkable but is fine for cooking. We recommend drinking bottled water. GAS The gas will be fully functioning on your arrival. BATHROOM Do not throw anything in the toilets, baths, washbasins or other drains (no tampons, sanitary towels, nappies, panty liners). Do not pour environmentally dangerous cleaning products like bleach, ect..fat and food residues in the drains or the toilet. This causes serious blockages. WINDOWSDOORS Please make sure you close and lock all doors, windows and shutters when you leave the property. This is not only for your security, but also in case of rain and wind. EXTERNAL FURNITURE Please bring in any cushions for garden furniture at night or when leaving the property in case of rain. GARBAGE DISPOSAL Remember to do the separate collection of the rubbish and to take the garbage out in the fixed days.
