Villan ligger inom vår egendom; omgiven av Medelhavet skrubba. Dess position är unik i sitt slag; erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över Castellammare-viken, vilket garanterar en trevlig lugn, bort från landets värme och sommarljud. Byggd i gammal tuff och utsatt sten, är det resultatet av en konservativ restaurering av ett gammalt lanthus färdigställt i juli 2015. Genom en båge med antika sandstenar är villan tillgänglig, på 180 kvadratmeter, omgiven av en stor trädgård på 1000 kvadratmeter. med gräsmatta, alla inhägnade för att ge säkerhet till huset, och med balkonger som ger utsikt över den fascinerande bukten. På två våningar har den 8 bäddar (plus två på begäran). På bottenvåningen finns ett vardagsrum med TV, satellitantenn och bäddsoffa. Det stora köket är utrustat med alla bekvämligheter (kyl, elektrisk ugn, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, brödrost etc ...) med två öppningar som har tillgång till två verandor som erbjuder en underbar utsikt i poolen. Från en trappa inuti köket leder till ett öppet vinden område där det finns 2 enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en dubbelsäng. På bottenvåningen finns också ett dubbelrum med viktiga möbler, en varm / kall värmepump och två badrum med dusch. Från ett murverk leder trappan till 1: a våningen där det finns två dubbelrum med havsutsikt och utrustad med värmepump varm / kall. Också på 1: a våningen finns ett badrum Villan är omgiven av två stora verandor utrustade med alla bekvämligheter: stolar, solstolar, bord, grill .. För att lysa upp dina vistelser har villaen en stor pool på 9 meter x 5 meter djup på 1,50 meter, naturligtvis med havsutsikt. Stor privat parkering.

Perfect

We loved the villa from the moment we walked through the gate into the beautiful garden. The villa was comfortable, really well equipped and the pool was fantastic. All in all it was a perfect place for our family holiday. A great location, very peaceful, super relaxing and lots to do locally. A wonderful find. A big thank you to our hosts, you were amazing.

This is truly an amazing property! The villa and pool are so beautiful you will not want to leave! Communication with the host was great and we absolutely loved staying here. We cooked amazing food using the kitchen and outdoor charcoal bbq. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice Villa in Castel mare del Golfo

The villa is perfect and is spacious enough for around 8 people. The Pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The villa has everything one might need and the hosts are very nice. The only slight issue is the road leading up to the villa which is quite rough.

Property is absolutely lovely peaceful, private with amazing views. Very spacious with plenty of different seating areas. Good size pool although extremely cold this time of year. Definitely need a car as remote location, access road is very lumpy and bumpy.

Amazing Views

Great pool and outside areas, so relaxing to sit outside every day and enjoy the views and the pool, Driveway was somewhat challenging and could use some trimming of the bushes along the drive. The upstairs bath was shared by 2 bedrooms and ceiling was a little low and had a few bumped heads. Overall a beautiful place to stay and would recommend as a central place to stay and explore the area,

Fellow Travelers Beware: Do Not Rent This Spot

While this is a beautiful setting amid olive groves and the pool is in a majestic setting, I unfortunately cannot recommend this spot to fellow travelers and I hope that others will not go through all the headaches and annoyances, big and small, that we experienced. Before renting, I emailed Fabiola to ask about the a/c and the interne; she said they were both worked well. Upon our arrival, while she was very detailed about the garbage (which we appreciated) she never checked or explained about the air conditioning. Of course, when we went to turn on a unit in a bedroom it was not functioning. Turns out, the whole system was down . While the service people they sent were able to fix it, they triggered the alarm to the home, which went off for about 20 mins. They obviously had not checked the system. While the house was very clean, it appeared that the cleaners had been rushed as they left supplies, including sponges and garbage bags. When my adult son and I arrived (prior to another family) we unfortunately noticed that the house was NOT stocked with paper towels, hand soap,. sponges (we found those left absent-mindedly in a plastic bag on the couch), extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper... . The only item left for us were 3 wrinkled lemons. My son and I unfortunately had to make a long list of staples and spent 3 hours doing a major market run to get the house stocked up properly. I had just arrived from the US 3 days prior and could imagine having to spend my vacation getting bars of soap for each bathroom and toilet paper. When we began to make dinner that first nights, we saw that the device provided to light the oven in the kitchen had run out of fuel. As we were not going to be able to make breakfast without a flame, Fabiola did drop off another ignitor that night. Again, this nuisance could have been avoided had they properly checked these critical items. We also did not have oven mitts or dish towels, 2 other items she dropped that first night. That first night, we tried to BBQ and as we were eating outside, we noticed a bevy of RATS in the yard near the BBQ. When we texted, F. said that was part of nature. We had trouble with the internet and one of the a/c units in the bedroom stopped working and our friends got no sleep that night. When we asked where the swim towels were, we were told that we could rent a towel for 3 euros per person for the week. This place could be so much better.

Wonderful villa with amazing view

We had an amazing stay in Villa Frassino. The pool, the view and the whole interior are very beautiful. Our host Fabiola was an angel and helped us so much...even with recommendations and reservations of fantastic restaurants. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this villa and Fabiola as the perfect host!

Sicilian paradise

Tasteful and functional villa with gorgeous grounds, lovely pool, and sweeping, magnificent views over the valley and out to the sea. Perfectly private and peaceful--no neighbors, and the house is the furthest up on the hill so there's no one to look down on you. Fabiola is highly responsive and went to great lengths to successfully resolve a few issues that were entirely beyond her control. Highly recommend for a lovely holiday.

Petit paradis perché dans la colline !

Séjour parfait avec des hôtes aux petits soins et qui nous on fait pleins de petites attentions. En cas de problème ou de questions, les hôtes sont toujours joignables et répondent dans les minutes qui suivent. La maison est spacieuse et le jardin est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le lieu est très calme, pas de voisins aux alentours ce qui est très agréable et la maison est bien équipée : barbecue, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, four. Un simple conseil pour cette maison, il est nécessaire d’avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer dans les alentours. Bref nous recommandons à 100% cette location !!

Best Rental ever!!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children just spent an amazing week at this property in Sicily and it was perfect!!! The location is ideal, with the exception of a few more towels everything was perfect and could not have been better. Great beaches, scenery, accommodations, and a pool that was spectacular and clean!! We all loved it and can't wait to return!! That you Fabiola for providing a wonderful home for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family!

Spectacular villa

The villa was wonderful. Great location , views and pool. We wanted to stay for the whole summer. Close to beaches, restaurants and sights. Recommend boat ride to the riserva. Would have been perfect if beach towels, soap and shampoo would have been provided.

Absolutely perfect!

The pictures of this property cannot do it justice. I stayed there with my family ( 2 parents, 3 teenage kids) for 10 days. The location is perfect for exploring western and central Sicily with loads of interesting things to see and plenty of lovely restaurants. As for the property, its simply beautiful; fresh, airy, with magnificent views and perfectly maintained garden and pool. Its not overlooked and is one of the most tranquil and peaceful locations we've ever stayed in. lying in the pool at 8am in total peace was so relaxing. Fabiola is a wonderful host who maintains a fantastic house and was professional and friendly to deal with before and during our trip. Do yourself a favour, book this house, you'll not be disappointed! Best house we've stayed in from HomwAway after using this site for several years. Thank you Fabiola!

Sensationelle Anlage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und Berge

Tolles Steinhaus , modern gebaut innerhalb eines schönen Gartens mit Blick in die Ebene , Berge und Meer. Zufahrt etwas abseits mit kurzem Schotterweg. Dafür wird man reichlich belohnt mit absoluter Privatspähre, Traumhanglage und sehr gepflegter Anlage inkl Palmen und Pool. Abends beleuchtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Für uns ein Traumurlaub

Amazing beautiful place

Could not believe how beautiful the place was when we got there the photos did not really show the space and beautiful surroundings and views. I loved the interior of the villa , the finish style and comfort. The local town of Castellammare del Golfo was also beautiful with its sandstone buildings nestled into the cliffs .The fantastic restaurants and beaches all within a short drive. Thank you Fabiola we are coming back next year x
