The Jamaica Apartment is a charming apartment with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and located in a private condominium with a large swimming pool for adults and children, 2 terraces, and a barbecue area.



This stunning apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you need for a relaxing holiday - beautiful golden sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. It is a short walk from the centre of Olhos d'Agua, just 300 metres (3 minutes walking). A car is not necessary unless you want to explore the Algarve in its entirety.



The Jamaica Apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a barbecue and a cosy living room with direct access to another terrace where you can have an outdoor meal and other leisure activities while enjoying the sea and pool view. Ideal for relaxing family holidays.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
