This apartment is located in the Usera district, just metres from the Legazpi metro station.
Situated on the banks of the Manzanares River, it is close to Madrid Río, a huge park with a cycle path and space for all kinds of outdoor activities, and the Matadero Museum, a venue that hosts performances and contemporary exhibitions.
Well connected by metro and bus to the city centre.
