Beautiful villa with sea views in La Florida

This beautiful villa with garden and private pool can accommodate 6 people on an open plot in mountainous terrain. The house has two floors (above the main house and below the studio).

From the parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, we go down stairs to the main floor of the house.

Once inside the house we find the spacious living room with Spanish and German TV, air conditioning and from its windows we can enjoy one of the best parts of this house, its sea views. The American kitchen is equipped with everything you need such as a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils, juicer, gas stove, oven, etc.

Next to the dining room we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and two light bulbs, as well as a built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror and a built-in wardrobe as well. Both rooms have hot/cold air conditioning.

The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. This one is spacious and comfortable. It has a shower and basic toilets.

When we go outside the living room and dining room, we find a furnished terrace, where we can enjoy the tranquility of the area and the spectacular views. If we go down the stairs we find the studio (with double bed and air conditioning) and the kidney-shaped pool area (8x4m), furnished with hammocks. The perfect place to enjoy your vacation.

The consumption of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Long-stay rates do not include electricity or heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) or sheets or towels. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.
