Härlig villa inbäddat bland träd och blommor i vackra uppvuxen trädgård. Beläget nära byn Jesus Pobre och reserven Montgo Nature. Superb privat pool med solterrass, takterrass och ovanliga strålade, sten Naya för avkoppling och middagar. Mycket väl utrustade och gratis WiFi. Båda sovrummen har eget badrum och luftkonditionerade och det stora sovrummet har en rymlig klädkammare.

Great Villa, well looked after and fitted out with everything you might need. Susan and Nick who met up on arrival are great hosts and are always available should anything unforeseen arise. They also left us a very generous and much appreciated welcome pack. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed out time at Casa Almareka and would recommend it to others.

The villa that has everything! Superb location, fantastic secluded pool, beautifully maintained gardens and top spec outside furnishings. Even the welcome pack had everything you need when you arrive and start to relax. We had a brilliant holiday!

Es ist wie Heim kommen!

Casa Almareka ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Man merkt die Liebe, die Susan & Nick in dieses Haus stecken. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Gelände ist groß und komplett eingezäunt. Man kann von außen nicht hineinschauen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man brauchen könnte- von Föhn über Sonnenschirm bis hin zum Bügeleisen. Man hört den Verkehr schon ein wenig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! :-)

Paradise!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this immaculate property. It was super clean and very comfortable. Susan and Nick couldn’t have been more helpful. The welcome basket was amazing it even had Yorkshire t bags in. So thoughtful!We would go back in a heartbeat and left very reluctantly.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Privatpool

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Man ist völlig privat unter sich. Der Pool ist riesig und das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, sogar ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Beautiful villa!

Villa Almareca will not disappoint! A beautiful villa surrounded by a garden full of interesting plants and super pool. A great location in which to switch off and relax. Set between the coast and the fabulous valleys and mountains inland, if you like hiking and nature you are spoilt for choice. Your hosts Susan and Nick are genuinely so kind and helpful and their love of the villa comes across in all it's lovely furnishings and details. They have thought of everything! All round one of the loveliest places we have stayed and we would go back in a flash!

Lovely Relaxing Gorgeous House Dog Friendly Stay

What a beautiful house for our stay. Clean and tidy with everything you would ever need in a kitchen. Gorgeous gardens and an incredible pool and patio which was all fully secure for our dog Douglas. Sitting outside on the numerous tables was lovely - one undercover, one by the pool and one on the rooftop terrace for the sunsets. Susan and Nick were lovely hosts, very welcoming with helpful on tips for the area and the tech in the house. They checked with us by text during the week that we were having a good time that we were happy with the house. This was very nice of them...and we were happy and everything was super with the house!It was a 10 minute stroll to the small town of Jesus Pobre which had all we needed, a shop, a few bars and restaurants and a lovely artisan market on a Sunday. The road is not busy, lack of pavements but definately enough room to safely walk there and back. Lots of forest and track walks in the area straight from the house and if you are feeling adventurous the Montgo Mountain trail is just over the road behind the winery. Had a fun day out up to Guadalest castle and surrounding mountain villages and its only 20 minutes to Javea for a potter along the promenade and a coffee. Looking forward to returning really soon. The property is clean and well equipped. Sue was responsive and easy to communicate with. Staying in this property would be difficult without a car but we had a rental so it was perfect.

Comfortable villa with everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. Susan and Nick are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the market on Sunday in the near by village, Jesus Pobre, and long walks in the surrounding hills with our dog. We highly recommend this villa.

Perfekter Urlaubsort

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Haus ist blitzsauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Der Garten befindet sich in einem super gepflegten Zustand und ist von außen nicht einsehbar.. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Best stay ever!

The welcome and a pack of goodies got us settled, the property had everything plus. The view of the surrounding hills was amazing. Of course the pool was the icing on the cake. I tried to find a fault and couldn't!

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in fantastischer Unterkunft

Wir waren von der erstklassigen Qualität des Hauses selbst überrascht, obwohl die Bewertungen so toll waren. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich, alles wurde sehr genau erklärt und das "Starterpaket" mit allerlei landestypischen Lebensmitteln ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub! Der Pool ist um diese Jahreszeit ein Anlass, sich überhaupt nicht weg zu bewegen und wir haben die entspannten Stunden dort mehr genossen, als die Zeit am Strand. Man ist ganz für sich. Auch im weiteren Verlauf standen die Vermieter immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, so dass wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben fühlten. Leider haben die Moskitos mich als Hauptnahrungsmittel für sich entdeckt, aber mit der richtigen Creme war auch das zu bewältigen. ;-) Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt, den ich nur jedem wirklich empfehlen kann! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Susan und Nick waren fantastische Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles!

Wow wow what a gem !!!

From the moment we met Susan and Nick we knew we were in for a treat ! Their hospitality was beyond words. So proud of the villa they had prepared for us . We only stayed 3 nights but they treated us to a gorgeous filled hamper with fresh fruit meat cheese snacks milk and a bottle of wine etc. a true suprise. The bed was the most comfortable we had had in our nearly 3 weeks in Spain. Luxury bedding and plentiful towels. The pool area and gardens were the main attraction for choosing this villa and we were not dissapointed! Comfortable padded sunbeds and several places to sit and eat or play games with drinks in the evening. We cooked a bbq one night in the charcoal oven outside which was delightful whilst watching the sunset over the mountain. Not a detail was missed in the house we had everything we could want. We also enjoyed watching the gheckos at night and listening to all the birds ! We found a lovely restaurant with the best food and service just a couple minutes drive! ( you do need a car for this stay) Miguel Juan . Can’t recommend enough and communication was perfect. Thank you for having us from Australia Susan and Nick

Die Villa mit Pool und Garten sind genauso wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Ein kleines Paradies für sich alleine. Die Gastgeber Susan und Nick sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We live in Spain and own and manage Casita de Alba, Casa Almareka and Casa Susana. We do all our own maintenance and cleaning to ensure our villas are in perfect condition and spotlessly clean for our guests. I was a City Business woman until I found Casita de Alba in Jesus Pobre and from that day I knew I wanted to live there. I put my heart and soul into reforming the villa and made it into a luxurious, comfortable, welcoming home. We have had some wonderful times with many clients who come regularly over the years and who have enjoyed our properties.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When I first saw Casa Almareka I knew I wanted to buy it 1 day, but the owners did not want to sell and I could not afford it so I said to the owner, please give me first refusal if you ever want to sell. From that moment I kept saving. 1 day I had a phone call from the owner saying they had to return to the UK and was I still interested.I jumped for joy and rushed to the bank to ask for a bridging loan (you could in those days!) All went well and in July 1987 the keys were in my hands. It was a wonderful feeling and I set about restoring, changing, updating and had the time of my life. My 1st clients loved there stay in Casa Almareka and I have continued to upgrade and modernise without changing the character of this truly charming villa. I also have Casita de Alba & both are great.

We can then adjust, decorate,install, remove anything & everything & do all we can to improve the villa each year. It is central to both Javea & Denia & also Alicante & Valencia and is situated in a lovely location that is peaceful & tranquil yet only minutes away from Golf, beaches, shops, restaurants, in fact everything you could wish for. Ideal for summer holidays with air conditioning & a glorious pool & warm & cosy for winter holidays with the log burner and central heating.
