Härlig villa inbäddat bland träd och blommor i vackra uppvuxen trädgård. Beläget nära byn Jesus Pobre och reserven Montgo Nature. Superb privat pool med solterrass, takterrass och ovanliga strålade, sten Naya för avkoppling och middagar. Mycket väl utrustade och gratis WiFi. Båda sovrummen har eget badrum och luftkonditionerade och det stora sovrummet har en rymlig klädkammare.

Beautiful villa!

Villa Almareca will not disappoint! A beautiful villa surrounded by a garden full of interesting plants and super pool. A great location in which to switch off and relax. Set between the coast and the fabulous valleys and mountains inland, if you like hiking and nature you are spoilt for choice. Your hosts Susan and Nick are genuinely so kind and helpful and their love of the villa comes across in all it's lovely furnishings and details. They have thought of everything! All round one of the loveliest places we have stayed and we would go back in a flash!

Best stay ever!

The welcome and a pack of goodies got us settled, the property had everything plus. The view of the surrounding hills was amazing. Of course the pool was the icing on the cake. I tried to find a fault and couldn't!

Beautiful villa, spotless clean and very well maintained. It’s obvious that Susan & Nick cares about their home as well as their guests. By far the best experience we’ve had with renting a villa for our summer holiday. Highly recommended!!

Lovely spot for winter sun

We had a great time, with the villa providing a great base for cycling into the hills. Susan and Nick were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The welcome package of food and wine was very welcome.

Beautiful villa, gorgeous garden with fantastic pool. Easy walk to the village and can definitely recommend the Sunday market. Nick and Susan greeted us and left us the best welcome pack we’ve ever had.

Lovely 10day break

A lovely well kept villa with a super pool, surrounded by beautiful gardens. We were made very welcome by Nick and Susan and really enjoyed the welcome pack they had provided for us upon our arrival, Thank you for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable.

Beautiful villa

Really impressed with this villa a many I have stayed in. Great setting and lovely pool and garden overlooked by scenic mountain (love the views from the roof top terrace for nightly g&t!). Villa very clean and exceptionally well appointed. Owner really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Perfect location for golf and if you come with a pet

If you are a golfer, this place is perfect 2 min drive (1km) from the La Sella Golf. We came for 3 weeks in February and chose it because of its location and the owners have dogs themselves so are very welcoming to humans and furries which is important to us. As the golf of La Sella accepts dogs on the golf course, but not in their hotel, Casa Almareika was the best option. Its also super easy to get to Denia and Javea as the house is located in between both towns.

Excellent stay in casa Almareka

Thoroughly enjoyed this holiday. House was very comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. Sue and Nick met us on arrival and had left us an extensive welcome pack to get us started, much appreciated. House, grounds, swimming pool all very well maintained and comfortable. Would be happy to recommend and hope to return.

The best!

We have been fortunate to stay in some great villas over the years, but this has to be the best! The villa it's self is large and well furnished, the gardens and pool are just lovely and very private. In early evening you can move up to the roof terrace for a drink with a great view. Add to all that the location....at the foot of a beautiful mountain, in great countryside and close to the village of Jesus Pobre....perfect!

Lovely Relaxing Gorgeous House Dog Friendly Stay

What a beautiful house for our stay. Clean and tidy with everything you would ever need in a kitchen. Gorgeous gardens and an incredible pool and patio which was all fully secure for our dog Douglas. Sitting outside on the numerous tables was lovely - one undercover, one by the pool and one on the rooftop terrace for the sunsets. Susan and Nick were lovely hosts, very welcoming with helpful on tips for the area and the tech in the house. They checked with us by text during the week that we were having a good time that we were happy with the house. This was very nice of them...and we were happy and everything was super with the house!It was a 10 minute stroll to the small town of Jesus Pobre which had all we needed, a shop, a few bars and restaurants and a lovely artisan market on a Sunday. The road is not busy, lack of pavements but definately enough room to safely walk there and back. Lots of forest and track walks in the area straight from the house and if you are feeling adventurous the Montgo Mountain trail is just over the road behind the winery. Had a fun day out up to Guadalest castle and surrounding mountain villages and its only 20 minutes to Javea for a potter along the promenade and a coffee. Looking forward to returning really soon. Amazing

We had a wonderful 2 week stay , the villa is well equipped and has everything you need.The views are amazing and the area is so peaceful , the village is very near and has a few good restaurants, it's a 10 minute drive to javea with a good beach and plenty of restaurants .We spent a lot of time at the villa the pool is a great size and the garden is very nice several areas to dine outside especially the roof terrace.I would definitely return to this villa no hesitation, also Susan and Nick were very helpful and accommodating, the best villa I have ever stayed in.

Beautiful Villa

Excellent villa with everything needed for our holiday. Susan and Nick were extremely helpful and available if needed. Amazing welcome pack which we really appreciated. Spectacular photo opportunities at dawn and dusk, swimming pool and gardens excellent. Small amount of road noise, need to drive for shopping but would 100% recommend to friends and would definitely like to return. Thank you Sue and Nick .

Wonderful secluded and homely villa

We had a great week at Casa Almareka. Sue and Nick were on hand to greet us and provided an extensive welcome pack to get us started. The villa and grounds are very secluded - even though next to other villas, we didn't see anyone else all week. The pool is a fantastic size for a 2 bed villa and the shaded terrace with ceiling fan was very welcome in the heat. Inside the villa is very homely and was spotlessly clean. Sue and Nick obviously take great pride in the villa, and we will definitely rebook if we are in the area again! It's also in a great location for getting to Javea, Denia, Moraira, Jalon valley etc.

We live in Spain and own and manage Casita de Alba, Casa Almareka and Casa Susana. We do all our own maintenance and cleaning to ensure our villas are in perfect condition and spotlessly clean for our guests. I was a City Business woman until I found Casita de Alba in Jesus Pobre and from that day I knew I wanted to live there. I put my heart and soul into reforming the villa and made it into a luxurious, comfortable, welcoming home. We have had some wonderful times with many clients who come regularly over the years and who have enjoyed our properties.

Varför värden valde detta boende

When I first saw Casa Almareka I knew I wanted to buy it 1 day, but the owners did not want to sell and I could not afford it so I said to the owner, please give me first refusal if you ever want to sell. From that moment I kept saving. 1 day I had a phone call from the owner saying they had to return to the UK and was I still interested.I jumped for joy and rushed to the bank to ask for a bridging loan (you could in those days!) All went well and in July 1987 the keys were in my hands. It was a wonderful feeling and I set about restoring, changing, updating and had the time of my life. My 1st clients loved there stay in Casa Almareka and I have continued to upgrade and modernise without changing the character of this truly charming villa. I also have Casita de Alba & both are great.

Whenever we get the chance we stay at Casa Almareka because by staying there we see what clients see. We can then adjust, decorate,install, remove anything & everything & do all we can to improve the villa each year. It is central to both Javea & Denia & also Alicante & Valencia and is situated in a lovely location that is peaceful & tranquil yet only minutes away from Golf, beaches, shops, restaurants, in fact everything you could wish for. Ideal for summer holidays with air conditioning & a glorious pool & warm & cosy for winter holidays with the log burner and central heating.
