Corner Cottage is a unique 1-bedroom home just a short walk from Norwich City centre. Located in the popular district known as the ‘Golden Triangle’, the cottage is just minutes from an array of well renowned bars and cafes!

Popular shopping and attractions such as Norwich market and Cathedral are all within walking distance, along with the countless pubs and restaurants this fabulous city has to offer!

Hosting up to 4 guests, there's a sofa bed available in the living room which can sleep a further 2 guests.

THE SPACE

Injected with fresh life over the past year, Corner Cottage has been refurbished in its in entirety and beautifully furnished. A bright and homely property, which epitomises comfort and convenience.

A spacious bedroom is available on the first floor of the property, featuring a king-sized bed with ample clothing storage space. The modern bathroom can be found just a few steps away, offering a shower over bath.

Heading downstairs to the ground floor, you will find the colourful living space, with a large blue sofa, armchair and flat screen television. The property can sleep up to 4 guests with the use of a sofa bed in the living room (pleas request at the time of booking).

A small circular dining table is convenient for morning breakfasts and light lunches before a busy day exploring Norwich.

Corner Cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the usual amenities and facilities guests have come to expect from a modern holiday home, including a washing machine and coffee machine.

The well-maintained small garden goes around the front and side of the property and offers a wooden bench - ideal for watching the world go by!

Closeness to City a real bonus, best if you stay here to bring a small car.Kitchen well equipped,Bedroom good size and bed comfortable.Garden a bit messy but can,t expect too much this time of year.Bathroom a bit on the small size overall and might be awkward for some people. Lounge good size, sofa reasonable but could be improved. TV ok. We were visiting family in Norwich for Christmas and overall we were happy.

Cleanliness

The property itself is in a good location and is ideal for a couple. My only concern was the cleanliness. I had to descale the kettle as it was filthy. We also had to hoover and get rid of all the spiders and cobwebs. I know we all get spiders but these looked like they had been resident for quite sometime. There were splatters of coffee or food on cupboards and behind the kitchen door a pile of dust/dirt which had been there for a while. Another suggestion would be to have a wooden or tiled floor downstairs as the carpet is grimy from bringing in dirt on your shoes. The bathroom would also benefit from a walk in shower as there was limited space getting in and out the bath. Quite diffucilt if you were on the larger size. There were no instructions on bin collections being alternate weeks as regards recycling and general rubbish and I to email to get WIFI code.

Lovely cosy cottage, perfect getaway for a couple (though there's a sofabed on request), 10 mins walk from Norwich city centre. Wonderfully quiet area (we live in North London!), nice relaxed pub (Rose Tavern) on the next corner, Chinese Takeaway too. 2 mins walk from the shops on Unthank Rd. Also had excellent electric heaters...
