There is also an open-plan living are with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is on-street parking with nearby public car parks available, and a a glass-front balcony with furniture and a hot tub. 16 Arwenack Street is a fantastic base for a culture-rich trip to Cornwall.
