Old Town House is a well-presented three-storey cottage resting in Dawlish, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms including a second-floor king-size, a double and a single with a truckle bed, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is designated off-road parking for one car and a courtyard with furniture. Old Town House is a fabulous property, perfect for making memories with your loved ones.

Offering a pleasant array of shops, pubs and restaurants and a small cinema, this delightful town offers all you need for a superb trip to Devon. Dawlish is famous for its wildfowl in the area, notably their Black Swans which live in the Dawlish Water. The Dawlish Water runs through the town and down to the sea and is lined with pretty lights creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will also find a gorgeous sandy beach ideal for a trip with travellers of all ages.
