This beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms and a capacity for 8 people.The house is located in Denia, in a very quiet area with spectacular views. From its swimming pool, one enjoys a panoramic view of the city like in few places. It has sun loungers, tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue, in this way one can enjoy the outdoors on summer days. The property has internet access (wifi), central heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, fireplace in the living room, outdoor parking and satellite TV (Languages: German).Upon entering the house, we find the living room/dining room with an open kitchen, all these rooms are very spacious and perfect for enjoying with family. From the living room, you can access the rear of the property where the barbecue and a glazed area for eating in winter are located.The American kitchen is fully equipped with: gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.When accessing the corridor, we reach the bedrooms and bathrooms. The three bedrooms have two 90cm beds (in two they are together and in the third they are separated).
