The annexe itself is on the first floor and is a one-bedroom, purpose-built apartment situated above the ownerâs double bay private garage, to the side of the stunning main residence, Buck Field House. Furnished to a high standard throughout with lots of added extras; the living space offers comfortable lounging, dining and study space, whilst the bedroom provides a calming place to unwind and relax in after all your daily adventures. Benefiting from a modern kitchen and shower room, this simply picturesque annexe is perfect for couples looking to sit back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Outside there is a shared patio for al fresco dining, garden and the added bonus with access to the private bluebell woods on the grounds, where you can enjoy a secluded picnic.
Bures is situated on the fringe of the Essex/Suffolk border, with the property overlooking the Stour Valley, in the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You will not fall short of attractions with sought after towns and villages to visit, Britainâs oldest recorded town of Colchester a 15-minute drive away and Suffolk Wildlife Trustâs Arger Fen Nature Reserve on the doorstep. Also, London is just over an hour by train.
