The villa consists of four independent units with a shared entrance, collectively accommodating up to 16 people in maximum comfort. Each unit is equipped with all amenities: high-speed wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, and an internal parking space with an electric gate. This holiday home near the sea (400 meters away) is within a short distance from the Mare e Rocce beach and, within a 1 km radius, the beautiful beaches of the northern coast of Olbia, easily reachable on foot: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados, and Pittulongu.

Interior Description

WLofts 13, accommodating 6 guests, is located on the ground floor and features a bright living area with a chaise longue sofa, TV, and a kitchen corner equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the well-kept garden with a green lawn and a covered veranda with a dining table. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a master suite with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with spacious wardrobes for guests' convenience. The accommodation also includes a parking space and a washing machine.

Destination Information and Distances

WLofts is located in a residential area composed of single villas. Thanks to its proximity to services, it is the ideal accommodation for a beach holiday without sacrificing comfort. Perfect for groups of friends or families even without a car, from here you can walk to all the local beaches as well as bars and restaurants. WLofts is only 400 meters from the crystal-clear sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, while the historic center of Olbia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car (8 km). The nearest supermarket is on the main road of the district, 4 minutes away; at the same distance is the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacco shop and pharmacy. The nearest bus stop is just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop). For a round of golf at the Pevero Golf Club, simply head towards Costa Smeralda for 31 km. Numerous restaurants offering local seafood and land cuisine can be found within a 2 km radius, mainly beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Don't miss visiting the beaches along the coast from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the splendid Cala Moresca (trekking routes start from the beach), Cala Sabina, and Marinella. Be sure to visit the Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, with boats departing from the Porto San Paolo pier, to discover the island of Tavolara, the world's smallest kingdom.
