Cascata Village is a stunning, private condominium located in Branqueira, close to Albufeira with a beautiful communal swimming pool and gardens.

Lote A is a spacious 4 bedroom semi-detached house which has been furnished in modern and contemporary style offering comfortable accommodation for a family holiday.

On the ground floor, the property features a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob (electric), extractor fan, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. Smaller appliances include kettle, toaster, electric hand whisk, iron, ironing board and all utensils required to enjoy a self-catering stay.

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, chairs,TV, dining table and chairs. Doors open out on to the terrace with BBQ (gas) and outdoor table and chairs.

There is a bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes also on the ground floor with doors leaving on to the terrace and a bathroom with shower cubicle.

On the first floor bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a large private balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over.

Bedroom 3 has a large double bed, a small balcony, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with bathtub and shower over.

Bedroom 4 has a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room with walk in shower.

The property has air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms and wi-fi.

The communal swimming pool has a separate children’s pool and is easily accessed from the property and there are lots of grassed areas around making it ideal for families with children.

There are a total of 19 properties in the condominium that share the swimming pool.

All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
