The Charming Plaza de Callao is an apartment in the center of Madrid, very bright and with 3 balconies facing the street. It is located in a building with an elevator, on a pedestrian street, just a few meters from the popular Plaza de Callao.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms:

BEDROOM 1: With balcony overlooking the street, king size bed 2 meters long x 2 meters wide and wardrobes.
BEDROOM 2: With bathroom en suite, 2 single beds 2 meters long x 80 centimeters wide and wardrobes.
All beds have premium mattresses.

The apartment's kitchen has plenty of storage space and is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and all kinds of utensils.

We also find 2 full bathrooms with large showers.

The living room, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen smart TV and dining table, is the perfect place to relax after a long day in the city. From the living room you can access 2 large balconies where you can have a glass of wine al fresco.

Among the accommodation amenities we also find: air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, sheets and towels, iron, ironing board, drying rack for clothes and free toiletries.

Surely you will not leave Madrid without buying something, and what better way than to do it in the best shopping street in all of Madrid. On Gran Vía you will find all the shops you need. In fact, the Charming Plaza de Callao is located a step away from El Corte Inglés de Callao, Sol and the FNAC.

It is common to see Madrileños and pedestrians strolling through its streets loaded with bags with clothing purchases. Whether you are a fan of shopping or not, we recommend that you visit certain stores on Gran Vía to marvel at their interior architecture, some of them more typical of palaces than of a clothing store that will surprise you.

Large and majestic buildings make up the Gran Vía, such as the Metropolis building (junction with Alcalá street), the telephone building (Fuencarral street corner), or the most characteristic, the Capitol building (Callao square) known for its illuminated advertising Schweppes brand. Great possibilities to enjoy the best architecture in Madrid in the heart of the capital.

The popular Plaza de La Puerta del Sol is just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.





HOW TO MOVE

You don't need the car at all. It is possible to go all over the city on foot and visit its most important attractions. But if you still want to take public transport, the closest metro stations are:

Callao Metro (lines 3 and 5): 1 minute walk from the apartment.
Santo Domingo Metro (line 2): 2 minutes walking from the apartment.
Metro Gran Vía (lines 1 and 5): 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
Metro Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3, and Renfe C3, C4 and Intercity commuter train)
There are also many bus lines with stops close to the accommodation.
