Stuga, 3 sovrum + loft, 2 badrum,

Lugnt och avkopplande läge, med utsikt över södra gaffeln av Stanislausfloden. Tre miles från Pinecrest Lake, sex miles från Dodge Ridge Ski Resort och en kort mils promenad till jordgubbsaffären. Stugan har ett överdimensionerat däck med picknickbord, solstolar och grill. På övervåningen finns tre sovrum, ett badrum och ett stort loftområde med stora fönster med utsikt över floden. Nedre våningen har ett modernt kök, matbord med plats för tio, ett badrum och ett bekvämt vardagsrum. Det finns gott om parkering för flera fordon på uppfarten eller i garaget. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också.
Gå ut genom dörren och fiska floden för infödda öring och planterad regnbågeöring eller bara sitta och låt floden rulla av. Pinecrest Lake erbjuder en småbåtshamn med fiskebåt, pontongbåt och kajakuthyrning per timme samt ett mellanmål står öppet dagligen och en utomhusvärmare med nya filmer på kvällen som du kan se under stjärnorna. Strawberry Store, om du glömmer några väsentligheter och Strawberry Inn med en fullständig restaurang och bar ligger 20 minuters promenad från stugan.

This cabin is amazing. The owner was readily available when I had a question. Teri went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there w err plenty of blankets. We took our grandkids and they said this was the best place ever. Thank you Teri! We will definitely be back!

Great vacation house in Strawberry

This place was awesome. Stays surprisingly cool in the summer with a great deck that overlooks the valley with peek-a-boo views of the river below. Super well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, great beds + linens-- overall a relaxing stay. Would definitely come back!

Another great stay

We love this property and visit every summer. Perfect relaxing cabin with deck overlooking the river. Great if you love the Pinecrest area but want peace and quiet when away from the lake. Teri is awesome and always so helpful- this year there was a new coffee maker (pot or k-cups) and a fancy new fan in the bedroom!

Another great visit!

This was our 2nd summer spending a week at this property and we have already requested to return next year! The cabin is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The deck is amazing- there is a view of the river and the sound is soothing. The neighboorhood is quiet and quaint and we enjoyed daily walks down the hill toward the bridge over the river. There is a trailhead that also leads to the river about a 5 min walk up the hill; we packed a picnic and hiked to the river to enjoy an afternoon. The lake is only ~5min away by car so you can spend the day at the lake but still spend your mornings and evenings at the cabin enjoying the solitude. We also went horseback riding which is about a 15 minute drive away. One evening we walked to the Strawberry Inn restaurant and had dinner out on the gazebo overlooking the river. Teri is great to work with and we highly recommend their property!

What an amazing place!!

It’s the best spot in Strawberry! Clean, spacious and great for the kids! The loft upstairs was the perfect place for the kids to play board games, air hockey and just hang out with each other! And it had the best view and so close to the water! All the amenities were there - it was a home away from home! Kitchen was stocked with spices, heater was our best friend since it was colder than usual for this time of year - everything was amazing! So close to Pinecrest - just a short hike. Also easy access to trailheads! Teri is an amazing host! Easy to reach and quick to respond with questions or anything we needed. Canf wait to stay here again!!

4th stay and it keeps getting better!

We just spent another week at this great cabin; our 4th repeat stay! We look forward to spending time at this property each summer due to the beautiful deck over looking the river, the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable furnishings, and of course, the quick 5 min drive to Pinecrest lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful with access to a hiking trail along the river just 5 min walk up the hill. New this year was wifi and a new very comfortable king bed in one of the bedrooms. Can't wait for next summer.

Family Retreat

We had a great time at this quiet and peaceful mountain cabin in a great location. The deck is perfectly situated with partial views of the river. There is no direct access to the river, you have to walk down to the bridge. Teri is easy to work with and communicates effectively and quickly. This cabin will not disappoint.

Next-best-thing to the Lair 2020

Quiet, very clean and well-maintained mountain home in a superior location. Great deck with the river plenty audible and partial river views. There is no direct access to the river, you have to walk 5 minutes to the bridge. Great kick-off location for mountain biking. Owner is very positive and easy to work with. A fine mountain vacation retreat.

A wonderful place to go for a family vacation!!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We have been renting cabins in strawberry for 23 years and needed to find a new one this year. We went in with high expectations as the other cabin we stayed at was right on the river. The cabin was very clean and had a ton of space, it was wonderful to have fans in every room upstairs as we picked the hottest week to go. We spent many hours listening to the river from the deck. We hope to return.

Amazing deck, serene location

The property is extremely well maintained and clean with a well stocked kitchen. You won't want to leave the deck as the view is beautiful and the sound of the river is peaceful. Great hiking trail just up the road that leads to the river. Minutes drive to Pinecrest lake. The owners are responsive, personable, and very helpful. Can't wait to return next year!

We bought our cabin as a river view was extremely important to us. There is nothing like having some coffee in the morning or reading a book on the deck overlooking the river.
