Summary:
Just 200m from the sea and 1km from the city centre, our modern two-floor house is perfectly situated for easy access to any destination.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood, you can relax and enjoy a drink on our spacious balcony. The house is fully equipped and conveniently close to popular taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops.
It's ideal for relaxing, exploring, and experiencing the best of Kalamata.
Plus, we offer free high-speed internet for your convenience.
The Space:
A modern two floor apartment on the 1st floor, composed of three bedrooms all of them air-conditioned, spacious and bright. The first bedroom has a big double bed with access to the balcony in case you need further relaxing before sleep. The other two bedrooms are equipped with single bed than can become double beds if needed. The house has a comfortable bright bathroom with a bathtub and a wc. On the 2nd floor a spacious, bright and fully air-conditioned living room with a big sofa-bed and a dining table. A kitchen with all important kitchen stuff and necessary cooking essentials, where you can prepare meals with local products and enjoy them either at the dining table or at the balcony while enjoying the city view.
Free wi-fi and public parking is always available.

The Neighborhood:
Next to the city center in a quiet neighborhood you will find S/Markets, cafes, taverns, traditional shops and municipal sports centers. Almost 30m from the apartment you can find a large cycle path for the guests to enjoy the walks or safe biking. The path extends throughout the whole city and reaches the beach and the downtown.
Visit the historic center (1km), the Museums (Archaeological, Folk, Military, Archaeological, Benaki Museum, etc.), the Venetian Castle (2km).
The distance from the city's international airport is 8 km
Kalamata has plenty of large beaches (sandy and pine trees) that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor. The closest one is just 1km away from the apartment!
The lacy beaches of Almyros (6 km), Mikri Mantineia (8km), Paleochora (10km), Akrogiali (10km), Santova (12km) and Kitries (15km) with the picturesque harbor in a wonderful seaside route with many still beaches, cafes, fish taverns and bars for an exciting nightlife.
With a daily short trip, you will find the characteristic seaside villages of Mani, Kardamili (35km), Stoupa (40km), Agios Nikolaos (45km), Agios Dimitrios (50km) and Trachila (50km) with homonymous beaches , as well as the famous nearby beaches of Delphinia (35km), Fonea (40km), Kalogria (40km) and Pantazi (45km)
