Stunning 5-Bed Villa with Pool, Disney Area

This luxurious and beautifully furnished five bedroomed Villa is in the popular and prestigious Lakeland community of Watersong. Its excellent location close to the I4 interstate provides easy access to Disney and all the major parks and attractions as well as Orlando International airport which is only 30 minutes away! We have modernised the house to make it as comfortable and homely as possible. We are always on hand to answer any of your queries in an efficient and timely manner.

The space
There are loads of world class golf courses nearby with the championship course of Providence only 2 minute’s drive. With lots of great restaurants and shops close by having a lovely meal out or by the pool is easy. The open layout allows you to enjoy the full beauty of this villa with its five bedrooms and four bathrooms and outside washroom by the pool. The south-facing aspect overlooking a lake and trees is ideal for privacy and relaxing with a stunning view. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck or relax in the spa and pool after a day of fun visiting the attractions. The Watersong Resort is a gated community surrounded by woodlands and lakes and conservation areas. There are numerous on-site facilities available free to guests including a grand clubhouse with cafe, shop, fitness centre and outdoors a large heated pool, children’s playground and volleyball and basketball courts.

This villa has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.
In the first ground floor bedroom, you will find a king bed and en suite bathroom.
In the second bedroom, also on the ground floor, there are 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom.
The third bedroom contains a king bed with en suite bathroom.
The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds, with a shared jack & jill bathroom
The fifth bedroom contains a double bed, and shares the jack & jill bathroom.

There are 4 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The fourth bathroom has a toilet and sink a bath tub with a shower over the bathtub.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property with room for 2/3 cars.
- Pets are allowed at our property for an additional fee, this will be collected separately, the fee is £40.00GBP per night, which is approximately $50.00 per night for one pet, additional pets would be an extra £10.00GBP per night, approx $13.00 per night.
