More than just a house, this property is a true Sevillian palace. Located on the historic Abades Street, in the heart of the Santa Cruz district and just steps from the Cathedral, the AlcĂĄzar, and La Giralda, this residence offers a one-of-a-kind stay in Seville.
The house preserves original architectural elements such as high coffered ceilings, stained-glass windows, galleries, and private patios, evoking the grandeur of another era while providing modern comfort.
Spread over multiple floors connected by an elegant staircase, the property features 7 bedrooms, 6 of them with en-suite bathrooms and private lounge areas. Bed sizes range from twin (1.05 x 2.00 m) to large doubles (1.80 x 2.00 m). Thereâs also an additional guest bathroom.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for longer stays or larger groups. The main living room is spectacular, with separate lounge and dining areas, handcrafted details, and refined decor.
A true highlight is the private inner courtyard, typical of historic Andalusian palaces, and the exclusive rooftop terrace furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying Sevilleâs sunny climate. The terrace is accessed via a shared staircase but is for the private use of guests staying in the house.
The house shares a main entrance and elevator with two other independent apartments in the building, but guarantees full privacy.
Set in one of Sevilleâs most iconic areas, surrounded by pedestrian alleys, churches, and historic houses, and just steps from local markets, tapas bars, and top restaurants. This is more than a place to stay, itâs an unforgettable experience.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of ⏠100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
