Spectacular luxury apartment located on the exclusive Calle San Fernando, one of the best areas in Seville. This spacious 258 mÂČ accommodation offers four bedrooms and combines classic architectural elements with a modern and elegant dĂ©cor.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a large entrance hall that connects the various rooms. To the right is a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Continuing on, you enter a bright and spacious living room with three balconies offering privileged views of the historic Royal Tobacco Factory, now home to the University of Seville. The living room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a side table, and a Smart TV, and includes a dining area for eight people, connected to the kitchen through a large modern door.
The first bedroom, located next to the living room, features a 2 x 2 meter double bed, wardrobe, armchair, and a balcony overlooking Calle San Fernando.
The other three bedrooms are located down a hallway accessed from the living room. Along this corridor, there are two full bathrooms with showers, one on the left and one on the right. On the left is a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, TV, and a balcony overlooking the AlcĂĄzar. The other two bedrooms have single beds and balconies with AlcĂĄzar views. Additionally, the apartment includes a study room perfect for working.
The location is unbeatable, just steps from iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral, the AlcĂĄzar, the Giralda, and the Archive of the Indies. The area also offers a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian and Sevillian cuisine.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
