This beautiful villa with private pool in Puglia is situated in stunning countryside outside of Monopoli. You will find yourself in a peaceful setting with the coast and fine sandy beaches no more than 10 km away.

Outside, you can relax around the beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 6 mt) with sun loungers The pool is approx. 20 metres from the villa and is reached via a path in the garden. Inside, the villa is spacious with plenty of space and since there are no stairs, it is suitable for families with small children.
The property has a private parking space and a footbal and beach volley field.
The very spacious villa consists of a lovely living room with a glass mezzanine with a matrimonial bedroom and sky window pours light throughout this clean and spacious unit. There is also a modern and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, another bedoom with two single beds joinable if necessary and two bathrooms with a toilet, shower and hair dryers.
Through the outside patio you can go to the second housing unit: a suite composed of a comfortable double bed and another bedoom with two single beds joinable if necessary, a small living area and an equipped kitchen. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
If you are seeking a private villa with beautiful views, countless excursions and especially exotic surroundings typical of the Apulia landscape, then you will love this villa. A car is an absolute necessity when you stay here to get to the coastal towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare and the exotic town of Alberobello. The nearest market is 2 km from the villa.
You will certainly appreciate facilities such as air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine and an iron, TV and kettle, a toaster and a microwave in the kitchen.
The complex which is shared with the kind owners of the villa who lives in a secluded home adjacent to the villa..

Rural location and large outdoor space

The property is in a rural location at the end of a track with a few similar adjacent properties nearby. The facilities are excellent and the decor is modern. The outside area allows for eating by the property or by the pool. The pool is large with a ledge for younger visitors and has an outdoor fridge and bbq nearby. There is also a netted football pitch and volleyball area. The location of the property allows for easy access from Bari or Brindisi and the largest nearby town is Monopoli (10km) with beaches and supermarkets etc. Withing walking distance is a pizzeria and a grill (which is very popular). The nearest shop is a short drive (3km). Most of the rooms are air conditioned which was essential at night and the wifi covered all areas even the pool. Whilst this was occasionally intermittent it was much better than we have experienced on previous holidays. The 4 rooms in the main house included 3 comfortable doubles and an open loft room above the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine but doesn't have much spare space (for a dishwasher). The other 2 rooms are based in a self contained unit attached to the owners house some 50 metres down the drive. The owners keep a low profile but were on hand to offer timely assistance as required which was much appreciated.

Vacanza bellissima

Siamo appena tornati a casa dopo 5 giorni a Villa Mina. La proprieta' e' bellissima, con grandi spazi per adulti e bambini. I nostri Gigli hanno particolarmente amato la struttura gioco in giardino, il campo da calcio e la piscina e raccogliere ciliege e fragole in giardino. Tutte le stanze da letto Sono grandi e pulitissime e la cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
