Wagtail is a single-storey cottage in a courtyard setting near Bradworthy. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom and has a shower room. The rest of the cottage consists of a kitchen with sitting area and a cosy dining room. Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private garden and shared use of gardens and a dog exercise area. There is also bike storage. Wagtail makes an ideal base for a couple looking to explore this lovely part of Devon.

There is also attractions at the cliff-side village of Clovelly and bike riding on the Tarka Trail.
