Although it is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good isolation.
Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 8 guests.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances.
The house has one bathroom with a shower.
The building has an access ramp to the portal, elevator and concierge.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

The change from heating to air conditioning will take place at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will in november, in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
