Villa Mar Alborán är den idealiska semestervillan i Moraira på Costa Blanca. Huset är beläget i det lugna och exklusiva området Pla del Mar i Moraira. Det är 5 minuters promenad till stan och 9 minuters promenad till stranden.

Denna vackra villa har en insynsskyddad tropisk trädgård och vacker pool. Du kommer att älska denna typiska Medelhavsvilla och njuta av att ha många olika terrasser som erbjuder både sol och skugga. Detta är ett underbart ställe att njuta på, läsa, sola eller kanske ta en drink i solnedgången.

Den nyrenoverade mellanvåningen är ett bra utrymme för sociala möten och matlagningskvällar.
Villan är miljövänlig med solpaneler, värmepump och batteri.

6-rums-villa 195 m2 med 3 våningar, komfortabelt och vackert inredd.Sovplatser för 8 vuxna och 2 barn. Villan är i tre våningar utan invändiga trappor.

Mellanvåningen (renoverad 2024) är fördelad i hall, öppen planlösning med vardagsrum och kök, TV, badrum, två sovrum varav ett med eget badrum. Utgång till inglasad altan med fantastisk havsutsikt (används som matsal). Utgång till trädgård.

Övervåning: (utetrappa) sovrum 24 m2 med badrum. Utgång till balkong med fantastisk havsutsikt och otroliga solnedgångar.

Really enjoyable week at the villa, 2 families with teens. Lots of space, great facilities and an ideal location for walking into Moraira/ beach - some hills but nothing drastic. Area was quiet and felt very safe.

Absolutely amazing!!!

We genuinely could not recommend this villa enough. The hosts were fantastic at communicating with us and so helpful, providing us with recommendations for transfers from the airport and places we could eat with my daughter who is coeliac. The villa is ideally located to the town and has the most amazing views. It was immaculately clean and Rasa, the housekeeper, was lovely, so welcoming and helpful. There were lots of things for playing in the pool and genuinely everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Don’t think twice about booking. It’s amazing!!!! X

Amazing

Couldn’t fault anything, up there with the best property we’ve stayed in. It was so well equipped, clean and great location. The hosts had thought if everything and they actually put money into it rather than just a basic holiday let. Would recommend to anyone.

Wanted something walking distance to downtown Moraira…5 min walk was perfect! Property…modern, impeccably clean, kitchen fully equipped, amazing pool and outdoor BBQ prep area, view of Calpe you can’t beat!

Absolutely amazing!

From the moment we arrived it was a 5* experience. Rasa greeted us at the property as we arrived early so we could leave our luggage while we explored the area. She was very friendly and responsive by WhatsApp when we had a minor issue with a sink (which was also dealt with promptly). The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our 3 groups were spread across the 3 floors which worked really well, allowing privacy but with a fabulous communal area. The pool was amazing and we sunbathed there every day. There is not a single fault, it was wonderful and we were all sad to leave! Moraira is a small town but very lovely with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk is only 10-15 minutes and the area felt very quiet and safe. We would all love to come back again one day. Thank you!

Fantastic house - fantastic vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

Great stay !

Had a fab time here - Villa clean, well equipped and really comfortable Communication was perfect - walk to shops and beach and it was our first Villa holiday without a car hire! Would recommend.

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

Very Good villa for group of adults

located close to the town, supermarkets and within easy walking distance of both beaches. Property is very good with 3 double bedrooms and one twin room, all have ensuites or close bathroom. Downstairs kitchen is ideal for food by the pool and 2 good BBQ. Plenty of seating areas in and out of the shade

Family holiday.

We spent a week in this loveley house. Perfect with a fully equipped apartment on the bottom floor for the family with a toddler. We spent many wonderfull evnings in the "diningroom with the doors opened. The pool area was excellent with pleanty of sunbeds for everyone.

Absolutely Amazing

The Villa Albaron well what can you say about it, it is a fantastic place to stay in a very convenient place in a nice area.The villa itself has amazing accommodation from bedrooms to living area's,The lower level had great pool and bbq area. There were seven of us and there was plenty room for all. All I can say is go and stay there you'll all have a fantastic vacation in a beautiful place.

Excellent for large family group

We were 4 couples holidaying together so the separate accommodation levels worked well, we also had family that lived locally visit so the outside space, lower level kitchen land bbq was excellent. Only thing missing was an information folder.

Fantastic villa so close to the town

The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could have easily spent another week there. We had a 2 year old with us and found the villa and the town to be very child friendly with lots of parks and crystal clear beaches. Would definetly recommend to anyone with or without children. Could not be faulted.

We had a fantastic time at this villa. The communication was great throughout with quick responses. When we arrived, the villa was better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and more! With an abundance of utensils and equipment which made our stay stress-free. Air-con in all of the rooms too. Walking distance to the town (10-15mins) and local beach (15-20mins). We drove to a few beach coves (20mins) and to the waterfalls (60 mins). We were a group of 8 girls and this seemed to be a safe neighbourhood for us. We had a fun night out in Saxos too! We hired cars to drive from Alicante airport which was helpful as taxis seemed difficult to get- but there was great parking at the villa. Overall we had a perfect stay- could not thank you enough! We hope to come back!

Probably due a bit of an update.

We need to caveat the review by saying that we needed to move out after 2 days as there were serious roadworks happening outside the villa that shook the building 8am-6pm. Although the hosts would have known about this before our arrival (and it would have been nice to be able to find a new villa before we arrived rather than half way though) they were very good with offering a refund. In terms of the villa, it’s split into 3 parts so the bedrooms are all on three separate levels which isn’t great when you’ve got a young family as you want to be able to access them in the night. The upstairs kitchen is definitely dated, as are the toaster etc. Downstairs kitchen is well appointed.

Vi bor i ett vackert hus i Stockholms skärgård (Sverige) med våra två barn. Krister arbetar som VD för ett Hexagonbolag som säljer GPS-utrustning till grävmaskiner och Christel arbetar som controller för ett annat Hexagon bolag. Vi har letat hus i många år, och efter flera resor till Spanien hittade vi vårt drömhus i vår favoritstad Moraira.

Our villa is perfect for holidays with family and friends. You are after a few minutes’ walk in Moraira were there are many great restaurants and good shopping. Our villa is located between the fantastic El Portet beach and the bigger La Ampolla beach so both beaches are within reach. You will not be disappointed.
