Check-in Information:
Guests will need to collect the keys from a KeyNest located in a Premier Store at 25-26 Elm Row, Edinburgh EH7 4AA, UK, which is a short 10-minute walk from the property. The KeyNest is open every day from 08:00 to 02:00.

Wonderful location with ample space and beautiful views

Very happy with our stay. Wish there were more beds. Office room seems underutilized as a sleeping area. Needs some updated furniture, flooring, cleanliness, but these are only minor issues. More pillows and bedding would also be helpful for larger groups.

Nice apartment in a good neighborhood.

The apartment was spacious for 4 adults. The kitchen was nice as we prepared breakfast daily. It was very clean upon arrival. The management company was a bit difficult to communicate with. Information is sent via email and text. It would be better if they used one single format of communication. We had a hard time figuring out how to get the keys to check in. But once we were settled in everything was wonderful.

Edinburgh stay

Location was perfect and walking distance to attractions, shops, pubs and restaurant. Place was clean and bed were comfortably. The garden terrace offered a spectacular view especially the sun sets. Quiet neighborhood. There was no need to communicate with the prperty manager so this was not rated high.

Loved it!

Excellent location less than 10 minute walk from Edinburgh's main train station, and minutes from the cross-town tram line. Our building was quiet and well maintained. Tons of space and well laid out. Staff at the Altido office were very helpful and the online manual was detailed and thorough. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, spacious apt/flat

This clean and modern place has everything you need for a great stay. You can enjoy the space and just hang around, sitting on the rooftop garden or making meals in the large kitchen. It’s close to everything within walking distance anywhere from 5-12 minutes. There is also easy access to the tram which can take you to and from the train station to the airport. Taxi cabs are available and quick to pick up right at your door.

VRBO stay in Edinburgh

It was wonderful except collecting keys from some other place. Code wasn’t sent to me before check date and I didn’t have internet that time on my phone. It was very difficult situation to contact manager and ask for code but somehow I managed after 20 minutes of struggling. My cab was waiting that long and I had to pay extra for that. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Corporate-feel

Clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Very quiet flat and we never saw another soul in the building. Location was really great as bus, tram, and Hop-On/Off tour stop close by, and grocery was just a 30-min round trip walk. But the kitchen is outfitted like a college dorm, in that it will be hard to cook an actual meal in it. No sharp knives, and the cooking pans looked like thrift store finds, with one of the "no-stick" pans peeling. No food storage containers, or plastic wrap/aluminum foil. Drinking glasses with chipped edges. No paper towels for cleaning up, nor paper or cloth napkins. Kitchen really only useful in that it had a fridge (that froze our lettuce) and freezer. It had a Nespresso pod machine but no pods. No coffee maker, not even a french press. Check in is weird. Two blocks from the flat is an odd little convenience store. I was provided with the address, but the shop does not have the address outside and it took a bit to figure out where I was supposed to get the key. So your cab drops you off near the shop and then you have to walk two+ blocks with your bags to the flat. You will want to confirm that the shop is open when you plan on arriving, and also when you depart as you have to drop the key off there, too. I would recommend this place for sure if you just need sleeping accommodations. It really was clean and comfortable. But the kitchen is very poorly outfitted and I would have chosen a different place had I known.
