Stor utmaning och bra läge nära stränderna och bara 30 minuter från stranden # 1 i USA (2017) Siesta Key. Andelslägenhet är fullt möblerad och har tillgång till privat pool samt tennis och träningsanläggning i närheten inom gångavstånd (betala för att spela). Beläget i Venedig, centralt i Tampa, Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Ft Myers och Neapel. Säsongshyra tillgänglig. Minst 3 veckors vistelse. Fastigheten är välskött och i riktigt fint skick.

Our stay at the plantation

Cozy condo minutes from darling downtown Venice and central to several beautiful beaches. Beautiful heated pool and friendly community. Brand new Costco and Publix minutes away. Huge lanai with a lovely view of the golf course. Our only complaint is the condition of the recliner - it needs to be replaced!

The property exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean and well maintained, and in excellent condition. Everything we needed was perfect for our one month stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, definitely a plus! The complex was very quiet and perfect for seniors. The host was excellent with communication, quickly responded to any questions and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely stay at this property in the future, and with this host. Thank you for a perfect stay in Venice, Florida!

Beautiful, well maintained condo

We enjoyed it very much, we will definitely come back. An apartment in which nothing is missing. Very good location with stunning views of the golf course and a small lake. Very nice pool just a few steps away. Some beaches can be reached quickly after a short drive. Shopping, like Walmart, just 7 minutes by car. Very nice and friendly neighbors. We felt completely comfortable. Larry an excellent landlord.

Awesome Views

We loved the condo. Larry was very attentive to requests and answered our questions very quickly. The views of the golf course were great ..... BUT ..... the views of the wildlife was exceptional. on numerous occasions we saw two Eagles both in trees and on the ground. Watching them with field glasses (provided) was a joy. Thanks again Larry. Paul

Beautiful Condo near the beach!!

Very clean, spacious condo only minutes from the beach. Nice large pool with grill provided as well. Loved the location. Visited the beach near us, but also drive down to Naples and up to Sarasota for some different sight seeing. Larry, the owner was extremely accommodating and always got back with us on any questions promptly. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, and bikes provided! Would definitely go back!

Close to beaches

Property and furnishings could use some updates and maintenance. There’s no “outdoor” space they enclosed the patio and only one sliding door opens. It’s close to the beach but not much more plan on about 20 min drive for dinner etc. overall excellent for the price!

Great Time

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The condo was clean and well stocked. The owner was always ready with a reply for us if we had a question. This property is close to some wonderful beaches, shopping, and great food. It is not too far from a short drive to all the activities in Sarasota.

Great Stay!!

Stayed at Larry's property in Plantation Golf/Country Club while looking for home in area. Larry was terrific to work with--responsive to our needs, flexible, knowledgeable about Venice and Sarasota. Wonderful views right from his lanai including family of Sand Hill Cranes--watched the babies grow up! Condo perfectly located--close to beach, restaurants, shops. Able to cook complete dinners with kitchen equipment saving $ on going out to eat. Pool with very friendly neighbors just steps away. All in all a very good experience!! Thanks Larry for everything.

Larry Rieger är värd

I grew up in Venice and moved away after college years at the Univ of South Florida. Always continued to visit my home town and recently had an opportunity to purchase a condo in Plantation. My family includes my wife and two girls will use the condo on occasion throughout the year and enjoy the beaches and spending a couple of days at Disney. Currently living in Houston where I enjoy woodworking, golf and hanging out with family. Hope you enjoy your stay and we try to make the condo as comfortable as possible so you feel right at home.
