Suitable for up to 8 guests at once, modern Villa Elya offers 300 square meters of living space, spread over 2 floors and a mezzanine. The surface of the property is 1000 square meters. A well-tended garden is fully fenced by stone walls and thus this holiday property is also appropriate if you would like to bring your pet with.
Villa Elya offers 4 king-size bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna, wine cellar, summer kitchen with gas barbecue, and 13-meters long infinity pool on the second floor. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, kettle and Nespresso, coffee maker. The kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room are set in a large open-plan room overlooking the pool terrace and the Brijuni islands.
All 4 bedrooms come with king-size beds (width of 180cm), air-conditioning, flat TV, and exit to terrace or balcony. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One bedroom is on the mezzanine and it has a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is on the upper floor. It also has a private bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, you will have two bathrooms at your disposal and a sauna. Furthermore, here is the wine corner.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking for up to 2 cars is available. Satellite Tv and Netflix are available. Two bicycles are here also at your disposal.Villa Elya has a private infinity pool with heating option (heating available with a surcharge of 20€ per day).
Distance to the beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Furthermore, all facilities are within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and cafes. Fazana is an excellent starting point for exploring the Brijuni archipelago or for visit to the park of nature Cape Kamenjak. Pula city and its famous Roman amphitheater, Pula of the arena, Is only a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Pula airport is 20 minutes by car.
Villa Elya is a fully equipped self-catering type of holiday home. Though, a variety of extra services is available upon requests, such as housekeeping service or grocery delivery. Next, Villa Elya with its beautiful garden is also suitable for events. Understandably, prior notice is needed and an event fee applies.Villa Elya has aprivate boat in its offer and itis available upon request with surcharge. Villa Elya has also an electric car TYPE 2 charger at disposal (surcharge according to consumption).
