Fantastic apartment. Would love to come back

Very well-furnished apartment. So comfy, it was truly a home away from home. And the food left for us was very generous too. Great location, 10 minutes from the tube or a delightful walk to the city. The best VRBO we have ever had!

Lovely London flat

We absolutely loved the location of the flat, so close to the train and restaurants. The flat felt so homey and comfortable, beautifully decorated. It was nice to be able to make food and coffee in the morning as well. We would love to stay here again.

Great London Stay

Cozy little apartment in a great location. Two outdoor patio spaces made this place perfect for us. Small kitchen but well stock with everything we needed along with a “Starter Kit” of eggs, Bread, butter, ham, cheese, and wine. Very homie kind of place books and art all over the place. Walking distance to the Tube and Tesco Express along with a number or nice restaurants and Pubs. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The Perfect Stay

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to two bus stops and a train station, Pimlico. We were so impressed that pretty much anything we needed was available at the apartment. There was food and drink for breakfast and a bottle of wine. We ate toast with marmalade all week. The bed was comfortable and there was always hot water available in n the shower. It was too chilly to enjoy the back patio. There was a patio heater, but we were too tired at night to take advantage of it. The decor and art was lovely. It truly was a pleasure to stay at this apartment.

Fantastic Property

We loved everything about Caroline’s flat. It has everything you could need plus more ! Great location. Easy walking distance to the underground. And the bonus is two outdoor areas - one at the front and one at the back that we weren’t aware of when we booked. Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely stay in London!

Very quiet location with amazing neighborhood. Caretaker was very helpful with explaining all of the apartment's wonderful amenities. Great restaurants nearby. Felt very lucky to be staying in such a lovely space. And of course, loved the books! Peaceful and relaxing visit! Photos are accurate so no worries!

Great location and amazing flat!

The communication was easy and responsive and the check in process was efficient. We had a reservation and John (concierge) was great. Caroline cow to great lengths to add so many personal touches to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend this flat!

Wonderful Pimlico apartment

A well appointed oasis apartment, with all you need, in a very quiet and lovely part of London. Great communication with Caroline and John our hosts made our stay so easy. The welcome basket was such a wonderful touch. We were so sorry to leave, best stay in London.

Perfect London Flat

This flat was perfect! The two balconies capped off everything other amazing aspect! John met us at the property and showed us around and gave great suggestions for the neighborhood. Close to two Tube stations. Quiet and convenient area! Will be recommending this flat to all our friends and family!!

Great Location & Cozy!

This second-floor apartment is every bit as charming and cozy as you would like a London flat to be. It is located in a quaint and friendly neighborhood. Take the time to orient yourself to the neighborhood (shops, tube stop, restaurants) and savor this delightful and safe location. Caroline and John are very helpful and welcoming. We would stay at this location again!

Perfect Central London Flat!

We spent 4 wonderful days! We had everything we needed and enough welcome groceries for breakfast everyday. The flat was toasty warm with a comfy bed, lots of towels and lovely artwork everywhere. We would definitely recommend this flat highly and would hope to rent it again if we ever have the opportunity to visit London again. Thanks for the memories!

Convenient and gracious

Comfortable flat located in a quiet residential neighborhood, convenient to central London, with shops and restaurants nearby. John made check-in a pleasure. Caroline went out of her way to provide a welcome, including a well stocked fridge and special treats. Our only disappointment was that the weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor areas.

We loved our stay

This adorable apartment was so cozy and useful with a real classic English vibe. Comfortable living room, a stocked kitchenette and a comfy bedroom with an updated bathroom. I am a sucker for outdoor space and the two lovely terraces gave us delightful space for morning coffee or evening nightcaps. The location was great; close to bus stops and only a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station. If you are a walker you can see many sights within a 30-minute radius. I was sorry to leave this flat!

Awesome little gem

The apartment was wonderful. Close to tubes and bus stop' grocery store and resturants. For any crafters - there is a great yarn shop about a 5 minute walk as well!! With being out all day in rainy cold weather it was great to cone back to a warm place. John was great! . Showed us everything in the place and how to use all the appliances. Carried our bags upstairs as well. We were sad to leave this little place. 😀

Lovely Flat

My husband and I spent a week in Caroline's lovely flat and enjoyed every moment! Just what I always imagined from reading romantic English novels since middle school. Books, paintings, needlepoint cushions, even a working fireplace. Heaven! Generously supplied with ham, cheese, butter, milk, eggs, wine -- so thoughtful. Our November weather didn't encourage sitting outside on the front balcony or back terrace (which has heaters!), but the window views are wonderful. Pimlico is a marvelous part of London and so close to everything by foot or bus or Underground. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay!

I stayed at Caroline’s flat for three days in late September. Pimlico was the perfect location for me. Easy to walk to the tube stations, museums and art galleries etc. The flat was cosy and had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Caroline was an exceptional host and when my National Art Pass (ordered from Australia) had not arrived in time for my visit, Caroline very kindly lent me her passes (it helped to have the same first name!). On my last night it was cold and wet and it was a delight to return to the flat, put on the gas heater and tuck into the savoury and sweet treats provided by Caroline (ham, cheese, bread, wine). An absolute ‘life saver’ since I had not stopped to stock up on food! I felt very comfortable in the flat and plan to stay there on future visits to London.

Wonderful stay!

This was a lovely base for our stay in London! The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet yet close to everything. About a 10 min walk to both Pimlico and Victoria stations, so it was easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. We came in on a later flight but John was there to let us in and show us around, which was great! We never would have figured out the washer/dryer without his help. The flat was clean and well appointed, and we really appreciated the complimentary food and beverages that were provided. The bed was comfortable and the fans were much appreciated as we are warm sleepers. The bathroom was a bit on the small side but the shower pressure and hot water supply was great. Lots of storage in the bathroom and bedroom for all of our toiletries and suitcases. We even had access to maps and guides for the city and a list of recommended restaurants in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this flat to anyone, and would consider staying here again on future visits!

Ideal Stay and Location

Everything about this experience was wonderful. Communication with Caroline was easy and prompt, the flat was adorable and extremely well-appointed. John, the concierge was kind and thorough in showing us how everything worked. We so appreciated all of the amenities and food and drink left for us. The location is perfect with its own charm and easy access to public transportation. Even my teenager was impressed, saying this was exactly how she pictured a London flat. We would definitely stay again!
