Bold, bright, and full of personality — this Southsea apartment is just behind Marmion Road, steps from Palmerston and Albert Roads, where independent shops, buzzing cafĂ©s, and nightlife await. The seafront is a breezy 10–15 minute walk away. Inside, expect a playful splash of colour, comfy social spaces, a king-size bed in the main room, and twin beds in the second. Perfect for families or friends who want a stylish base near the action.

The flat is in the heart of Southsea: just off a Marmion road and a 2 minute walk to the local High Street- Palmerston Road. There is a Waitrose immediately across the street, as well as pubs, local eateries, shops and cafes lining Palmerston Road, which frequently hosts independent vendors and farmers markets on the weekends.

The seafront is a comfortable fifteen minute walk away, and as you stroll across Southsea Common you'll find tea shops, skate parks, tree lined paths, and Clarence Pier to your right, South Parade Pier to your left. The Isle of Wight Hovercraft is also just by the water's edge.

This bright and beautifully styled apartment is full of character and charm. Expect a bold mix of colours, cosy textures, and playful design details throughout. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two comfy singles — ideal for friends or family. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Southsea, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped if you're staying in.

The nearest train station is Portsmouth and Southsea or Fratton, both less than 10 minutes in a Car, about a 20 minute walk. There are many Bus Stops nearby. If you are coming by Car, the parking is street parking in the surrounding roads - you will need a permit as Southsea is all zone parking, you can purchase then through us.

This apartment is on the first floor and accessed via stairs. There is a lift at this apartment. It may be suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility, please enquire before booking.

For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
