Located on the third floor of a building with a lift, this studio apartment opens to a small entrance with a desk and to a large and bright room with a kitchenette, a single bed that can turn into twins, a TV and a small table for two. The full bathroom comes with shower and a washing machine; moreover, there is a practical utility room. A large balcony furnished with table and chairs is perfect to either eat or study in the open air during the nice season.
This apartment is the ideal solution for students and business travelers that desire to stay in a quiet residential area, well-served and not far from the university and the centre.
