Our basement flat is located below our family home. You have your own separate entrance which is easy to spot with the bright pink door. Opening into the open plan kitchen/ living room you'll find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, from a coffee machine to perk you up in the mornings and a large comfortable sofa to unwind at night. The living area leads into the bedroom area with a cosy double bed ensuring a restful night sleep. The sleek bathroom with a large walk in shower can be found just off of the hallway. The flat is opposite a delightful green park and has a friendly pub next door. Please note there is no washing machine or TV , however we do have wifi so you can watch your favourite programmes online.

Lovely and well located.

The flat is a clean and clear space, it was was comfortable and is very well located. Communication was prompt and friendly throughout.
